If he looses the House the Dems will of course impeach him again, but it'll just be noise. The Senate will never convict... and he hasn't had jack shit for support from congress this term, so even if he looses the House it really won't make any difference. Everything he's doing he's doing by Executive Order. It's be nice to see it put in to actual law, but it'll make no difference on all the shit he's doing.
