Gp's are useless.Doctors in general are useless.Their skills only matter when they're actually specialized in something, you can trust a surgeon to do surgery. You can trust a rare disease guy to ID rare diseases. Some GP is just a guy who says things and was taught things.This is how it works with doctors, and it's the same with most other fields actually. A lawyer generally means you're a public defender, and you get paid near minimum wage until you have a decade or two under your belt of defending niggers in court, then if you were a good goy the whole time you can be a real lawyer and start making money if you have your own practice or they pick you for promotions.NPC's cannot understand how these things work, so they give the same kind of weight to doctors, nurses, nurse's aides, public defenders, and famous lawyers that charge like 10k an hour. That's not real life, in said fields there are a whole lot of people just collecting a paycheck.
