Russia is putting too much pressure on Zelensky, so the Ukrainians are burning through mountains of cash just to "keep up" (pay for) military discipline.The corruption will only get worse as time goes on, and Zelensky needs a fallback on why Ukraine is losing so much ground so quickly.
