do you know about civil lawsuit in the netherlands on 22 october (its 22 oct in Netherlands right now) which involves Netherlands government, Albert Bourla from Pfizer, Mark Rutte from Nato and several other people?

The October 22, 2026 court proceeding in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, is a substantive civil lawsuit hearing regarding alleged injuries and deception related to COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.

The Defendants: The civil suit names Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former Dutch Prime Minister (and current NATO Secretary General) Mark Rutte, tech billionaire Bill Gates, the Dutch state, and 14 other political, scientific, and media figures

The plaintiffs argue that the defendants deliberately misled the public about the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines. They allege that the defendants knew—or should have known—that the injections were not safe, resulting in a lack of proper informed consent

Heard about it yeah, but it's mostly mute from the media here, including alternative ones, indicating genuine disinterest from most.

You can probably follow the suit and see more details about the case on the site of the court.

Useful trivia:
Leeuwarden is capital of the province of Friesland
"Rechtbank" is the dutch word for court (in this case).

If you care then by all means collect the data directly from the source.

Not necessarily, they actually have a decent case due to rather gross incompetence and egregious power abuse, as has been admitted / come to light during public hearings by the chambers of government.

It's no done deal by any means but it is worth noting too that we have special rules when it concerns individuals versus powerful institutions ("bestuursrecht"), rules that intrntionally heavily favor the individual.
