Costco loses money every time they sell a hotdog for $1.50. Yet these madmen refuse to increase the price. It is absolute chaos when you really consider it.
>>
>>544781032
Eat one everyday to own em' on the membership cost. See what happens...
>>
Still $1.50 CAD too when it should be $2.50 CAD.
>>
>>544781032
Boomers don't really understand how the money supply works, to them a dollar has inherent value.
>>
>>544781032
It isn't. It's business.
I use to run a grocery store and you so.pmt close the margins on other items.
For instance.
We put hotdogs on sale for 1.00. we pay 1.06 to get them in. We lose money for every package sold.

But then we close the gap on condiments and hotdog buns. We would pay 35 cents for buns and sell them for 2.99.
50 cents for mustard. Sold for 1.99 and so on.

They don't lose money. They simply so accounting tricks to not let you know where your paying for it.

You don't need a membership to get the hotdog.
Are you sure your American? Am yisrael chazirim.

no it just helps get foot traffic into the store, where they actually make money
it's not complicated; they'll gladly take that small loss because most people will spend an average of a few hundred dollars there afterwards
>>
>>544781032
>buy 20 of them
>wrap in foil
>drive to job site
>sell them for $5 to construction workers on break

There. you can literally do this tomorrow if you want extra cash

A good way to have 20 rotting hotdogs.

No one is going to pay 5$ for a hotdog at a construction site. I do construction and we are all saving our money for trucks, drugs and guns.

That’s the worst type of food you can eat

It’s been confirmed in all medical journals

Maybe that all beef is slightly healthier but I doubt it. Those are overprocessed with a ton of bullcrap added ingredients that aren’t meant to be eaten
>>
>>544781536
If you eat the hotdog you can work longer with less discomfort. It's money in your pocket at the end of the day.
>>
>>544781032
in business, these are called a "loss leader", they attract people in even though they're a loss but they make up far more revenue because those people will likely end up purchasing products inside the store. i assure you, they're not doing this out of benevolence. zoomers are fucking retarded that basic business practices seem like strange voodoo magic because they're counter intuitive to their small grasp of basic business strategy that are just common sense. next, they'll be amused and stunned that bars do "happy hour" were they sell drinks CHEAPER than normal.

why don't you go do an "infinite money glitch" and get your bank account into the hundreds of thousands in the negative.

The Israeli arnt people, they literally have pig DNA in their blood. I'm not joking. If you blood test a Israeli he will have the same genetic makeup as baal.
Baal fucked a pig and Israel was born.
The entire earth and all its creature call put for the dismantling of the terrorists state of Israel.
Simple as.
>>
>>544781679
>will likely end up purchasing products inside the store.

Costco provides one loss leader at the front of their store, and sells their rotisserie chickens at the back of the store.

All their pastries/cakes/pies and homemade meals are in between the two.

Yep, they started enforcing the membership requirement to get access to the food court. I used to simply walk in through the exit door to grab a pizza, but the receipt checkers will call you out/get security on your ass now. Too many niggers (like me) ruined it.

I've been to Costco in AZ, UT, Canada (Calgary and Prince George), and Anchorage, AK. Shit is consistent no matter where you are in the world.

Out at my costco it was like that up until the covid lockdowns. That store's food court is on the outside instead of inside the store so before then they'd sell fucking thousands of food court items a day to assholes who definitely did not have a membership and just went back to their car for the cheap meal. The lines were always at least a 5 minute wait to order, then the lockdowns happened and they started enforcing membership and now you can get a whole ass pizza basically within 3 minutes so long as it isn't like 2pm on a Saturday.
>>
>>544781300
maybe now that Costco abandoned their hot dog providers. I had a memory unlocked the other day of this cart and can now remember being fixated on it as a little guy, assuming it was a TV station. After Sinai 48 they went with Hebrew National. Now Costco makes their own.

Loss leader, that's not the point.

Costco has a 92% retention rate. You willingly sign up every year to be part of the club. Costco shoppers are the ruling class, we view non cardholders as outsiders. Lesser than.

The $1.50 is a birthright to everyone in the tribe. A bond tighter than political party, race, or gender. I am Kirkland, you are Kirkland, we are Kirkland
>>
>>544781912

But in fairness I live in the south..someone could of got shot over it and they would of just quietly let us back in to prevent violence.

>>

>>
>>544782238
I'm about to cancel my membership. Nothing good anymore and the prices are comparable to other stores sales once you compare sizes.

About the only thing I get at Costco anymore is hummus, bulk drinks, and these adult lunchables my wife likes to pretend aren't lunchables.

I genuinely don't get the appeal. I do this once every 5 years where I sign back up and go "na" after a year.
>>
>>544782463
I literally say this and do this. I ran out of drugs and for the last four days I can't stop thinking about killing other people and then myself. There was a spic kid today and when I thought about tossing him under a truck tire, my whole body went electric and started acting out the crime by its own volition.
>>
>>544781307
they tell you this and how it's to bring in business but in reality the hotdogs are made from ground children
>>
>>544781631
A can of ravioli costs a buck and you can either eat it cold or leave it in the sun for a while
Also you just send the greenhorn in his own car using his own gas and on his own lunch break to Costco to buy the hotdogs for $1.50 and if he spills the drinks you test his new hardhat with a 2x4
>>

I ain't that bad man.

I smoke some weed cause a guy who retired at 33 is using grok to dictate the direction of his rocks for maximum "energy" in his back yard and I'm pretty tired of digging up trees and killing them cuase he wants them rotated.

"The job creators" aren't really doing shit. They waste resources. I'm not fucking around. I've probably spend 150k a year on this niggers back yard cause a ai bot screams about psychic energy to him.

Sorry I smoke a little weed cause the world is gay and retarded.
>>
>>544781967
same. fuck the worthless hot dog
>>
>>544782029
I literally wave at the exit lady and go "I'm going to the food court" and she goes "oh ok sweety"
>>
Costco makes their money off people buying bulk purchases not hotdogs
>>
>>544781032
its a pretty common practice, mcdonalds did it with cheeseburgers for like 10 years selling them at a 10-40 cent loss per burger. people buy other things in addition to them
>>
>>544783199
If you're out there rotating trees because a chatbot is yelling at a billionaire I wouldn't blame you for showing up high every single fucking day.
Power equipment aside it would probably even help.
>>
>>544783417
...i do.

I hate this job so fucking much..but I'm a contractor and he constantly calls me. Anytime there is worse work (septic) or something I usually am like "na I can't I'm at xxxx's house digging up rocks"

But it has made definitely reinforced my socialists beliefs. This nigga doesn't do anything. He didn't earn anything. He owns businesses, his entire life is basically contracted out, taxes, cooking, even money generation (he has managers run the businesses he inherited from his father).

I mean he literally does absolutely nothing for anything and he consumes nearly 2-3 million dollars in resources from my podunk town a year.

I'm not lazy but there have been days where he will ask me to work on the side of a hill he left the hose running on for 3 days and I'll slip once and just sit down and do a day of dryout playing on my phone.
I've asked him to not water it several times
>>
>>544783417
He will rent me a bobcat and then it will just sit for 5 months cause I told him I didn't need it yet but he "wanted to get ahead of it".

Then ive seen him order a cold plunge, run his key across it. Call the company to get 2k off the cold plunge and have them ship him touchup paint, he then didn't want to wait and we put the scratch side against a wall and that's done now....
>>
>>544781032
>chaos
It's common business sense. They want you to come to Costco. People who come in more often than not buy other things that are actually very profitable.

Restaurants used to actually do stuff like this back when they were intelligently run. A cheap entrée will attract people who pay up for sides and drinks.
>>
>>544781032
Costco is a retail store. They sell things for a profit. Do you see where I am going with this
>>
>>544783641

I hope its a round one so he looks like a pot of idiot soup
I know the type, I work for millionaires and billionaires and the number of them that are just utter drooling retards collecting money frightens and astounds me.
>>
>>544781032
fuck you stupid bitch
go look at Costco prices for other stock items
they raised their shit from $14 on average to $20 per item in less than 3 years
>but muh hot dogs

>>544783859
Not the same guy. But someone has me install a safe door in a concrete room in his basement. It was his artificial safe room. I tried to explain to him he needs some type of air exchange or he will suffocate in it.
He told me I was stupid and to just install the door. So I did.

I was a socialist most my life and there was always a "what if I just don't notice the contribution of the capitalist or the rich", always part of me that wondered if I was wrong.

After 30 years I can say not only was I right. But I was actually too kind in my opinions about the owning class. They genuinely are not human. They have given up extremely mundane human things we all have to do. It's not that they wont understand your plights. They physically can't. They have given up so many of the things that make us human that they simply arnt anymore.

They literally have steam pipes in their homes for warming the floor and steam showers.
No one here even knows what this image is cause they are working class and poor.

Nah I’ve crunched the numbers. I’m getting a 33.33%, repeating of course, percentage of phoniness. It’s about tree fiddy off the mark namsayin. I know the truth, Costco isn’t even a real place. Look listen to this part. We’re in settlements, but they put signs everywhere to trick you. These are more like segregated gulags. But listen to this, it’s actually even crazier. I’ll be revealing a new drop of information in my next post. Hopefully you listen, because our democracy relies on your ability to pay attention to what people are saying.

Ya an alien is in my house he told me not to eat bacon too. But he tried to do it like subtly, like he’d tell me to eat sausage instead of ordering the bacon mcgriddle from McDonald’s. And he suggested, why stop there? Spice it up with a 10 pack too. Make it a large. Wash it back with a large soda too. But why stop there, install the app so they can send you text messages to your home screen. Because nobody texts you so they found a way to pay somebody to do the job. But why stop there? Install the coupon app from online where (totally random people) are submitting coupon codes thanks totally random people you’re very organized and have a key attention for detail. But why stop?

They "lose money" when they pay their employees too. It's an expense. In this case, it's a loss leader that gives them publicity and people in the door. If they were charging $10 per hot dog, they'd still have to throw away hot dogs that don't get sold.

I know the guys your talking about.

Those are painters and larper contractors that power wash shit or "do gutters".

I once pulled a hard boiled egg put of my pocket and ate it and they played me that clip from always sunny in Philadelphia for nearly 3 weeks.
>>
If you want hard drug users. It's roofers. I once climbed on top of a roof and had a older contractor tell me to get down with. And I quote.
"You don't so hard enough drugs to be a roofer".

What are the ingredients???? Is it real beef? Is it worth the money you save eating it? If it’s real beef that’s based I guess but it being America I suspect it’s some gross goyslop shit.
Man I miss my dad j remember back in the 2000s we’d go to Home Depot sometimes and we’d stop outside of it before going in and they had a food shack in front of it and a table to eat at and they had really tasty goyslop hotdogs. That was the 2000s though today even if that existed still (haven’t seen it) I don’t think I’d trust the hotdogs.
>>
>>544781032
The inflation the last few years has had me feeling bad for Costco when I think about their hot dog and rotisserie chicken prices. Obviously they factored inflation in when they pegged the price to $1.50 decades ago, but I doubt they expected Trumpflation followed by Bidenflation followed by Trumpflation Part 2 to blow up prices for everything so quickly.
I'm glad they make so much money off me buying Ghost™ energy drinks from them.
