How does the debt-based monetary system benefit us, exactly?
>>
Country A
>Currency is just currency
>money supply is regulated through tax and spending
>debt does not exist
Country B
>currency is a certificate of debt
>an entire chain of debt, paying off other debt, paying off other debt
>government is massively in debt
>government resorts to printing money to pay off debt
>asset prices rise absurdly

Why would Country B be the better option? How does the debt based system improve anything?
>>
>>544791394
To keep you in debt forever. It’s modern slavery.
>>
>>544791394
first, Hitler invented it
and debt is what anyone can issue and thus a debt note makes sense
>>
>>544791394
>benefit us

It doesn't for the average goy. That's basically the whole point.
>>
>>544791505
gold maybe you have it maybe not
crypto - stake based, maybe you have it maybe not
crypto - proof of work based, good but if if if
what everybody has and can do is to issue debt
so there you have it

and debt note is claim to debt
>>
Americans don't realise how rich they are
>>
>>544791394
To enjoy the time honoured christian tradition of disciplining the money changers and driving mammon from the temple?
>>
>>544791592
Rich in what respect though? Because of the debt-based system, we have to consume absurd amounts to stay solvent. This consumption degrades our population very badly. It's like the equivalent of consuming a pound of sugar a day until you're 400 pounds. You could call that person "rich" but I certainly wouldn't. The citizenry is totally degraded, society is fraying at the seams.
>>
>>544791796
Visit any country in Europe and you'll realise how rich you are
Similarly Europeans don't realise how poor they are (in comparison to USA)
>>
>>544791613
I will never see a Christian harm a single jew, it simply doesn't happen
>>
>>544791483
hitler did not invent fiat lololol, holfy fuck. the US issued non-convertible paper money well before him, and if you are talking about mefo notes those were essentially bonds backed by existing reichmarks currency he inherited and salvaged.
>>
>>544791845
But I think if we consumed a bit less, we could have more savings, and a lower workweek. Then our population would be happier, less stressed, more family oriented. Our nation would be way more powerful.
It's like someone who ate too much sugar and became obese. Taking away his sugar makes him less happy, but then he gets in shape and that makes him way stronger as a person.
>>
>>544791394
It doesn't. Next question.
Want the real answer?
Debt based and inflation based monetary system only benefits (((money lenders))), (((middlemen))) and (((3rd parties))) who do absolutely no work but make money go round. And with inflation - it is typical jewish coin chipping, when jewish lender in medieval ages where preciuos metals were used borrowed money from someone he was chipping it and giving back money that weighted less creating inflation and getting rich in process. Now jewish banks do exactly the same, but they do not even need to borrow money to chip it. (((government))) allows jewish bankers to create money out of thin air by "borrowing" it from (((governmnet))) which creates inflation - and inflatio means every single FIAT money was chipped by jewish bank by some %% so they can lend this money further. And the jewish bank earns money on this lending. While they do not lend their own money. They lend the money they stole from you in inflation. And the one who borrowed the money from (((bank))) is now in debt. The debt is this inflation value. When borrower pays back his debt the money he borrowed is actually destroyed which makes inflation go back and money gain value. But without inflation jew cannot lend more money and do not earn money. So they need people to get endebted and create inflation to get their coinclipping operation going on.
And they educated their golems (((economy professors))) who will tell you this kind of economy is the best and that inflation is good and that inflation is actually just supply and demand price change. Yes the phds in economy nowadays tell people inflation is the prices going up[SIC!] while in reality the inflation is your money losing value.

>>544792215

To udenrstand difference: Now the oil is getting more expensive because of war. In non-debt based economy, the oil prices and goods prices would go up due to oil prices going up. But some local prices would stay the same and local businesses that do not rely on oil so much would keep their prices down because they would not be hit by oil prices going up. The people who saved money would still have the same buying power because their saved 100k$ would still be worth 100k$. In fake jewish economy based on debt and inflation people who saved these 100k$ will lose their savings due to debt and inflation being coin clipping of every single FIAT money there is on the market. Meaning that if you saved 100k$ due to higher oil prices your 100k$ will be worth less, and even business which is not affected by oil will need to ramp up prices because the value of the omney went down. This is jewish economy. It fucks over everyone but jews.
And jews love the clipping of fully working things, starting with clipping of foreskins, endind up on coin clipping.
DEATH TO ALL ABRAHAMICS.

Somehow everyne who rules over and tells you that money moving is good is still hoarding gold bars.

If it was the case Bezos wouldn't fly into space for fun and other Oligarchs wouldn't have yachts worht billions of $. You are too stupid to see you were lied to with the stock shit to leave them alone.
Their stock is literally their debt gold hoarded and they get the debt loans based on their hoarded gold - and the debt as I already explained is just jews stealing from the people. It is pure "money makes money" scheme that needs them to be gold hoarders in the first place. You see you yourself will never get any big loan because you have no gold hoarded. The billionaire stock-gold hoarder will get loans worth billions which he can spend anyway he wanst like going to the space for fun or buying yacht for billions of real$. Because he has gold hoarded. They not only hoard gold which hinders economy, they use this hoarded gold to steal more from you. And here we are with cretin like you defending it because you have zero understanding how they are fucking you in the ass daily. You got used to it so you think this is how it is supposed to be. But it isn't. If we were living in non debt based economy, they would need to actually sell their stock to buy yacht.
>>

It keeps you broke and adds an additional permanent 2% tax on everything including the debased fiat you are forced to accept at gunpoint for your labor and goods. Soon it won't be fiat federal reserve notes anymore it will just be digits on a computer accessed with a card. So everything you do can be safely tracked. It doesn't benefit you as a citizen, it enables the US to dominate, have financial claims and control weaker countries, the interests of the US as a geopolitical power are not necessarily the same as the economic interests of your average American.
>"We have about 50% of the world’s wealth but only 6.3% of its population... Our real task in the coming period is to devise a pattern of relationships which will permit us to maintain this position of disparity... To do so, we will have to dispense with all sentimentality and day-dreaming; and our attention will have to be concentrated everywhere on our immediate national objectives. We need not deceive ourselves that we can afford today the luxury of altruism and world-benefaction... We should cease to talk about vague and... unreal objectives such as human rights, the raising of the living standards, and democratization. The global monetary - financial system and our entire worldwide economics exists to benefit central banks.
Debt—continuous infinite expansion of that—issuance is the sole entire and whole goal of central banks. To be the lenders and buyers of last resort, keeping you in permanent slavery to their issued debt.

>US to dominate
Wrong.
that's the 'geopolitical' interpretation of Bretton Woods 1944. (note (You)r greentext is from 1948, immediately after World War II when the new system had just been established.
The current 80-year Bretton Woods economic system has been in place for decades, and over that time, step by step, the world monetary system has been transformed into an *entirely* fiat currency founded system in which the primary global default reserve denomination—USD—and all the other 100+ nations' sovereign currencies have become debt note units. Backed by nothing except central bank-issued debt.

Bretton Woods 1944 was set up to benefit the BIS (Bank for International Settlements) that is the hub for all central banks worldwide, with the modern private central bank template—on which all other of today's central banks are generally modeled—being the U.S. Federal Reserve.
The central banks control all 160 nations; not their governments. Central banks determine the worldwide arc of geopolitics and global events.

Everything is debt. All of it, everything from the past 100 years that has ever been born (all 12 billion humans) produced made tasted or thought,
is the result and 'product' of debt and the issuance of debt.

RE: Tesla, there's a company that hasn't turned a profit in two decades despite (on equity markets) being valued higher than any automobile manufacturer. Most of Musk's endeavors are also government gravy train projects either by direct gov contract or, gov subvention as seed/ongoing funding. All the product of debt and speculative debt instruments (the virtual entirety of all global asset markets).

The post-1970s global economy is Financialized. All wealth today is sourced, generated from (no, not 'work', 'capital', or 'labor') *speculative debt instruments*. After the 1990s for most corporations and top HNW entities, the Real Economy of goods-services-commodities, along with transnational corporations' own brand product itself, *may as well not exist at all whatsoever*. They dgaf about the Real Economy, only the money-from-money-itself Financialized one where all of the wealth is generated and comes from.

>money makes money
Refer to the documentary '97% Owned' linked ^
Most transnational corporations today shovel their profits into (no, not capex improvements of their own manufacturing output or brand product) *buybacks of their own stock*. They dgaf about what they even produce-sell themselves, or that it even exists. Look up what a hedge fund is, and does.
>"The real money to be made in the world today is not by producing anything at all. It's simply by forms of speculating — basically making money from money. That's the most profitable, and by far and away the biggest form of economic activity that exists in the world today."

Again, (You) need to comprehend not only *what money is*—consult the references ^^provided—but how the entire global debt-based economic model functions.

Yes for individual citizens / families, frugality economy and budgeting of what you have is the prime principle. (And e.g. for retail investors that is the non-institutional investor, it makes the most sense to be in hard assets or 'sound money' such as precious metals. Be as far away from the debt-based fiat system as possible)

Most of the vast tidal waves of money created by central banks particularly since the 1990s ends up immediately in the hands of the top HNW entities (hedge funds, investment banks, transnational corporations, broligarchs) for them to generated yet more wealth from it using speculative debt instruments. (We saw this blatantly and openly function during covid 2020-2021)
Speculative debt instruments that never existed prior to the 1980s, have become the primary way to generate wealth. With the 1999 repeal of Glass-Steagall, all of the global investment banks—that are Primary Dealers for the world's central banks—officially became casinos.

*--> Watch 'The Money Deluge' for a basic taste of how the system actually works.
Issuance of more money, aka debt is the modus operandi of central banks. That's how they maintain and vastly grow their control worldwide.

That's just consumer debt. Yes a major component of the credit system globally and probably the most burdensome one—mortgages, loans, CCs—for most individual persons.

>unaffordability
The other broad component of this, over decades for every nation not just America/Americans is the sovereign debt interest that is burdened on them by their central bank. This not only takes a toll as the actual Interest Payments themselves but moreover as a longer term devaluation of the national sovereign currency.
Interest Payments today on the U.S. $41 trillion national debt, now comprise fully half
That's right: of the annual $2.2 trillion U.S. Congress spending authorized, half of that automatically instantly goes to Interest Payments on the debt.
>>
>>544798581
Interest Payments today on the U.S. $41 trillion national debt, now comprise fully half of annual Congress-approved federal government spending.
Interest Payments now vastly outstrip fedgov discretionary spending each year.

Remember, none of this is money that the U.S. government "has" : all the money for the federal budget each year is 'printed' into existence *as [new] debt* by the monetary policy of central bank+Treasury, and issuing more corresponding bonds for purchase on the global debt market.
(for reference, the yearly revenue of the IRS doesn't even make a dent in a fraction of the annual Interest Payments on the debt)

Interest Payments on the debt, and the broader cost of debt note fiat currency issuance by the central bank that devalues the global reserve USD denomination overall, have a punishing default cost on individual sovereign citizens who are slaves to this debt-based debt issuance system.

It's not. It's a trap.

But as long as "cheap money" exists, you are FORCED to use it if you are a big player.

We are ALL paying for that inflation through prices, it's quite literally theft. There's a reason counterfeit money is illegal, for this exact reason. They just say "it's ok because we do it" ..... and they aren't even responsible about it, they fuck up, then banks need to be bailed out.

But if you are a big business, you don't want to run paying for that inflation... you are better off getting cheap money now, spend, invest, and then let inflation dilute your debt. And repeat this process... so get shit rich while goyim can't afford the basic necessities such as groceries or RAM, rent, etc.

debt introduces more cash, so businesses can evolve and scale up faster, leading to more economic growth
A business in Country A could take 5 years to realise its business model, whilst the same business in country B would take 1 year.
It's not merely the case that country A would just lag behind country B economically. Some businesses won't ever be created in country A because the corresponding entrepreneur thinks it would take too long. (Or perhaps that entrepreneur dies before the business becomes self-sustaining)
>>
>>544804115
>debt introduces more cash, so businesses can evolve and scale up faster
Most of the debt created by the fed goes into housing and government bonds (so the government can go into debt). It's not helping anyone scale up anything faster. In fact the debt just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

This is not about personal debt, or business debt. Our currency is literally created as debt.
The fed creates currency by loaning it to the banks. Since the banks need to pay back their loan, they loan it out in turn, overwhelmingly to housing and government bonds. The government goes into debt to give money to employees and welfarites. That's how money is created. Then those welfarites spend it, the money ends up in a bank somewhere, and through fractional reserve banking ever $1 becomes $10, where 9/10 of those dollars is represented as debt.

The entire economy is a scheme. Debt paying off other debt, which pays off other debt. Our society has so much debt, the government is now printing money to pay it off, which is creating these huge asset bubbles. Housing is skyrocketing. Stocks are skyrocketing. The assets of the billionaires are making them true overlords, while the average people are drowning in debt.

>asset bubbles
(also, note) Due to the post-1990s Financialization of all economic activity, *price discovery mechanism no longer exists* in capital markets. Combine this with the already-mentioned artificial valuation boosting via stock buybacks along with other insider-trading and -info shadow networks of the top HNW participants, rigging and zombie astroturfing of the precious metals paper valuations, instantaneous computer-machine quant exchanges, all the myriad speculative debt instruments (options, derivatives, credit default swaps, CDOs, MBSs) and interleveraging of them etc. and most of global capital markets today are meaningless except of course for the supposed casino 'valuations' of each index on a computer screen.

Capitalism died and permanently forever went to heaven in 2008. After that all HNW entities, transnational corporations, hedge funds, sovereign governments, banks/insurance companies are totally dependent on continuous infinite quantities of central bank QE to backstop and prevent total implosion of not just their own operations but the entire too-big-to-fail global system.
whatever this is rn 2009—2027 isn't 'capitalism'
>>
>society has so much debt
Unearned income has become the primary method by which the global economy's top HNW players, using debt instruments and debt note fiat currencies, are creating wealth and increasing GDP (which is less and less comprised of actual goods/services while more and more comprised of financialized debt and speculative instruments). Making money off of money— aka debt—itself is what most economic 'growth' today consists of. Global debt topped $255 trillion in 2019, $307 trillion in 2023, and $350 trillion in 2025, almost four times the amount of all global economic output. Public debt—sovereign debt of governments—in 2026 comprises ninety-four percent of the entire global economy; IMF predicts in three years that reaches one hundred percent. Advanced economies are now paying $3.3 trillion in interest on internationally traded government bonds as of 2025: that is more than the entire world spent on defense or artificial intelligence (AI). World governments soon will owe as much as the entire global economy produces in 12 months duration. Total debt levels and deficit spending of the past 30 years has eclipsed that of the past several centuries of western civilization, and absurdly low and negative interest rate borrowing costs have incentivized national governments to no longer borrow on the expectation that they will repay, but rather the expectation that they will refinance.

The entire financial system is unsustainable. I don't know how they even keep it going.

All of this madness is totally unnecessary. I'm convinced this system was designed to fail. The idea was to crash the economy, so they could get FDR in, who would then transition us to a communist economy. That was the play.
But now, we're stuck with this unsustainable debt-based finance system, which is like a dog chasing its own tail. It's gonna collapse eventually, it was literally designed to collapse.

Why all this madness, when we could literally just have the government issue currency? Why is there this "tax" on our currency?

Are you retarded? The U.S. government had 40 trillion of debt and there is over a trillion dollar yearly trade deficit. Without the dollar the U.S. is just like Europe.

you are pleb cattle that is farmed, and you get some bones that they drop, from basically your work, that they use, because you're too dumb to make "proper" use of it, so they'll just take it, like beekeepers steal the bee's honey.

The government's tax-and-spend is designed to juice the GDP. Why do we need to juice the GDP? To backstop the debt. It's crazy. Without these super low interest rates, and this monetary system, we could save our money instead.

Because resources are infinite.
Personally I'm probably retarded but I believe debt-base monetary system exists to insure control of supplies and resources. I believe the current economy reality we face is result of system that was only designed to support 1/8 of global population and it's impossible to make sure all 8 billion people on earth have a house, car and food, we don't enough energy and resources to the extent it can support 8 billion people. Sure it's bad thing 1% controls everything but at the same time population reduction is the only way to make sure human population lasts without draining all of earth resources

I had predicted we wouldn't make it to the Nov 2024 U.S. election. But here we are

Problem for the past 3 or 4 years, is that no one is buying the debt. <---
Global debt market has been more unstable and volatile of late than in the past half century. (That long ago, magnitude of global debt
The world default reserve currency unit is USD. Didn't start out that way (refer to >>544798075) but almost ninety years after 1944 Bretton Woods—that had begun centered around a USD that was still, then, backed by gold reserves—we now have a system where *one single nation's* currency denomination is 1) backed by nothing except debt / belief, and 2) the default reserve unit that is sought higher and mandatory for almost all transactions internationally, particularly the payment of sovereign debt and energy commodities.
tl/dr Now the world financial stability relies entirely upon *confidence in* USD as a single denomination; reflected in Treasury bond yields.
Bond yields aren't supposed to whipsaw up-down hourly like crypto or stocks. In a totally worldwide debt founded and -built system, bond yields are the basis of all economic stability and need to remain steady, gently rising and falling in small magnitude over months or years. As they did and have for decades after World War II, until the recent vast expansion of debt magnitude and total Financialization of the global system which is now a gigantic casino.

>government issue currency
Read the thread. --- Post #544796496<-- Currency has to *stand for* or be backed by something. (Yes many people proposing alternatives to Federal Reserve-style private central banks do insist that sound money aka currency backed by precious metal, need to be part of that although it's unrealistic for the scale of human civilization at present)
The current system operates on the *perceived reliability and stability* of one nation's default reserved debt note unit. That's it that's all that is behind it: Belief

But the Fed is the key to the consumer-economy. This economy where we buy things we don't need, on credit, to juice the GDP, to backstop our credit. We are in GDPmaxx mode, and so we are consuming at an unsustainable rate. It's not only harming the planet, but it's degrading us as well.

We work so long, to produce things we don't need, and then consume so much we end up degraded. We export all our industry and therefore all the human-capital that comes with it. The knowledge, the discipline, the know-how. At the end of the day it's not about your level of wealth, but the quality of your people.

Problem for the past 3 or 4 years, is that no one is buying the debt.
Global debt market has been more unstable and volatile of late than in the past half century. (That long ago, magnitude of global debt was one-twelfth what it is today)

Confidence in the USD, is what is keeping all of us alive. N.B. the crisis in Japan's yen carry trade and the recent intervention by U.S. Treasury to bail that out.
Nobody is buying the debt.
Each note of 'fiat currency' issued by the Fed or other central bank, also has a corresponding *bond* issued by the sovereign nation's treasury.
THat is why the debt market is so important: As long as bonds are being steadily purchased as new debt is issued, then your debt-based economic model could go on for quite a while in theory; *except* for the magnitude of debt itself, which in the instance of the U.S. has crossed the $40 trillion rubicon and is headed for $50 trillion in just a few years.
That is the degree of belief and confidence that the overall global debt market holds and needs to keep holding, in the solvency of the U.S. (because the dollar is the default global reserve denomination).
This is everyone's problem, not merely solely or simply America's.
This is a global problem and topic. It's not just about 'muh amerika gonna collapse' or countdown to when the U.S. Treasury reaches total default, which is on track to hit that brick wall four years from now at current $2.2 trillion/year spending rubberstamps by U.S. Congress.
This is about how the global debt market perceives the solvency of U.S. federal government. Global debt market isn't going to last nearly as long as four years.

Debt you are describing is investment debt. This is very small amount of real debt as >>544804115
told you.
The same with speculation on stock market. When you buy stock you are not investing. You are speculating. Unless you are investing in IPO who is looking for money to start a business. The rest of trade is pure speculation completely not connected to how company is doing.
And the same with debt, people were going into debt to start businesses and it was working. Right now you have people who are in debt just to survive and governments that are in debt to keep retired people alive. This is unsustainable debt, which is now used against working people to fuel siphoning of their money.

In fact the whole economy nowadays is based not on real measure of work nor production. It is based purely on emotions. This is why celebrities are rich despite not producing anything real nor worth real money. See NFTs fiasco. It failed because it didn't create enough positive emotions like BTC or other shitcoins that are afloat due to sheer willpower of people thinking it is worth something. NFTs were too silly to create these emotions of want and worth.

Of course oyu cannot run this scheme forever because sooner or later something in chain of production will fail spectacularly and someone will point out that king is naked and FIAT money is actually worthless and the only things that have worth are material goods or things that actually work.

Humanity and nowadays economy is literally WH40K orks who believe it works so it works somehow, while any logical and reasonable research on it screams that we are fucked and nothing is worth as much as they say it is worth.

yes the jews get rich, but there is nothing stopping you from jewing yourself, you're jsut too stupid to do it, and hence you need the debt to live and post here
