Child labor laws should be abolished, school should be 100% voluntary, if parents want their kids illiterate let them. Schools can be turned into athletic camps to give kids a way to hang out with other kids when they aren't at work. Maybe 10% of kids can study if their parents want them to become an intellectual or something. Stuff like programming and accounting can be learned as an apprentice.
