For around a week, I've been feeling completely drained. My arms feel very weak, my stomach is constantly upset, and I've been having brain fog and loss of balance.I've talked to multiple people that have similar symptoms and they also don't know what's going on.

Yes. About 4 weeks ago I felt like I was going down with flu. But I never happend until 2 weeks later. Then I chills, fever and weakness, but no other symptoms. Another 2 weeks on and I'm tired and weak.
