Some reasons of this absolutely bankruptcy-tier crazy deficit growth are objective. Massive rearmament costs triggered by the regional war in Ukraine and NATO spending mandates. Elevated global borrowing costs sharply increased interest payments on foreign-denominated debt. Surging electricity prices and higher minimum wage mandates squeezed corporate margins, leading to rising insolvencies. Regional security concerns near Ukraine and persistent tax/regulatory uncertainties deterred greenfield foreign capital. Strict monetary policy elevated borrowing and debt servicing costs for businesses etc etc. All of this is true, but it still doesnt explain such catastrophic growth. I know from my insider sources that pretty much entire public administration/sphere gets foreign citizenships and steals as much public money as possible to buy real estate abroad and secure future for themselves and families amid realistic risk of expanding Ukraine war on Bolanda.
