you don't understand what "the AI bubble" refers to.

I understand exactly as much as I care

don't worry, you'll bail them out once shit hits the fan

That's only true because American taxpayers are already preemptively on the hook to bailout AI corporations with the Genesis Mission

Elon became the richest man in the world by operating at a loss since forever.
>>
>>544849409
>WE CAN JUST OPERATE A LOSS FOREVER
Yes, I'm sure the mortgage bond market in 2008 thought that very same thing as well

the title shoulda been >ironically greentext quoted.
and what i'm implying is that the only way out of the inevitable collapse of the industry will be to raise prices to exceed cost, at which point every corp which became dependent upon AI will suffer.
>>
I'm hoping with all the increases energy we'll at least achieve type 1 civilization before I die.

Unavoidable post scarcity

>>544849409
jews control the money supply so yeah they can just operate at a 'loss' forever
>>
>>544849576
There is no way out though
The entire scheme is predicated on the notion that just a little bit more money will finally unlock AGI
Admit that you can;t do it or raise prices so high that it becomes cheaper to pay a regular coder than a jeet using Claude to do his job and the entire card house implodes
>>
>>544849409
You realize Amazon didn't have a profitable year for like 20 years, right?
>>
>>544849676
They make the ai faster but they don't change the timeframe of doing things the operational speed of reality, ergo they can't do shit faster
>>
>>544849676
What exactly is a ‘regular coder’ anyway? Are those the trannies? I can vibe code things in a day that would have taken me a week before. I don’t have the time to manually debug an API that crashes after every update because ‘regular coders’ can’t bother to appreciate other users.
>>
that's a myth. amazon was first profitable in 2003 with a $35 million profit, and prior to that they were self-investing all excess capital.

the AI industry faces a different problem: they simply are not charging the real cost, and if they did they would lose too many customers.

>>544849676
correct, there is no way out.

>>544849803
you are exactly the person i was referring to when i said "you don't understand"

Amazon delivers a functional product that people pay for
Unless you're vibe coding or generating Ai porn remotely, you're not paying for AI nor is the average normie ever going to pay a fee to ask GPT what they would have just googled for free a few years before

>we can just operate at a loss forever

uh yes? the future survival of our nations depend on having a pointier a.i. spear than our enemies.

no one in their right mind would say producing weapons is a bubble, youre all retarded niggers. you want a.i. to fail because you dont know how to use it. you lost control, youre in unknown territory so you sperg and wish for the past. this is no different than some weavers crying about steam engines 200 years ago, all you fags will be washed away by the tides of progress

The writing is on the wall: they're going to do a bail-in.

Every retirement account, 401K, investment account will be dumped into SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc to give (((investors))) exit liquidity, leaving pleb goyim holding the bags. What's more, they've spent the last forty years setting up laws and structures to make this smooth, legal, and offering you zero recourse. Whether you're in Europe or the Anglozone, they're going to take all of your shit, so that YOU will catch the falling knife.
>>
>>544850010
that's complete hogwash.
i was coding neural networks by hand in C with sigmoid functions back in 2002.
your argument is garbage because you're ignoring two major factors:
1. the unwise over-reliance / over-prioritization of an industry which
2. cannot turn a profit because true costs exceed utility.
it is currently operating as a loss leader and the speculative bubble will collapse even before the supply/demand/cost bubble collapses.
>>
>>544850170
theres always legal recourse for americans in the 2nd amendment
but you're a bunch of pussies of that wont do shit
>>
>>544849409
There are social costs that the "loss forever" is unable to fund or repair. It accelerates.
>>
>>544850170
...while consolidating and crushing the very industries which provide the underlying consumer liquidity...!
>>
>>544850195
>i was coding neural networks by hand in C with sigmoid functions back in 2002.
that makes you look stupid not smart. i have many thousands of hours of experience in c and c++, see yourself out.

a.i. and nukes is the same shit. we need it for survival

The greatest power according to Carroll Quiqley is the power to feed people. Modified, it's the power to offer jobs that gain purchasing power against the global economy. Scale that purchasing power and its rewards against global luxury in proportion to importance of function, select for a blend of talent and blind compliance, make them anxious with debts of their own.
Then squeeze the rest.

That's the "loss forever"
>>
>>544850276
>i said you know nothing
>turns out you've known more than me since 2002
>hurr ur not smart
you were flat wrong. nothing about my position emerges from a position of ignorance. turns out you're just ignoring the rest of what i said.
>shills some more for AI
whatchadoin eglin
>>
>>544850010
this is the typical midwit take. just because
>thing is gud
doesn't mean the valuation is correct. bubble means overpriced not useless.
>>
>>544850258
>>544850338
In other words, as long as they control employment and purchasing power against the consumer market, then guns are just a way to get declared a schizo retard. Human Americans and 98.5% of all other humans alive are selfish, short sighted retards.
>>
>>544850343
weapons dont need to be profitable i dont need to repeat myself you ancient boomer retard

i know youre a nigger because only academics would use c. which means you went so some uni and did and assignment over 20 years ago and now you think that is somehow meaningful, fuck off and jump down some cliff
>>
>>544850418
no, i used C because it was just the right balance of abstraction and performance. i coulda used assembly, but FP in that would be painful.
>>
>>544849409
Thus we reach this part of the cycle. Where the goyim are shaken out of their positions. Same as they were with eBay, Amazon, Facebook, cybersecurity companies, Nvidia, Tesla, etc.
Walk away. Hold for 10 years. Enjoy being rich.
>>
>>544850418
and also, no, it was a real world application for health insurance premium calculation. (not that any of this matters.) but keep shilling your

>we gotta ruin our economy for weapons because we're the jews goodest goylem!
>think about the jewwwws

over-reliance on AI doesn't just ruin the economy, it will actually destroy society if the bubble is kept inflated too long, by creating such a massive amount of poverty that all industries will collapse along with it. i'm talking about bolshevik revolution tier problems, holodomor.
>>
>>544849409
so basically cult
I thought these were forbidden in USA
>>
youre such a digusting oldfag, you ignore all of what i say, write your mental diarrhea, appeal to your age and experience and you honestly thought you could win the argument like that. then you sperg because i didn't reply to each of your lines word by word, fuck off dude. you ignore everything i said, youre a dishonest retard who cant argue for shit, this is a waste of time, your experience is worth nothing your age is worth nothing. every single tech oldfag i met is in fact a turbo retard. so when you started saying shit about 2002 i knew instantly what kind of retarded oldfag you are, thats why i said it makes you look retarded

>>544850612
This shit really does worry me. AI, along with the rest of the digital world, seems perfectly posed to ruin absolutely everything that's good about being alive. I know everyone here likes using AI art for memes but it's just...why are we automating away things we like to do? Just to make line go up? For what? And if it's not as good as everyone's saying, then you're right that we're leaning on a handrail that's going to give out.
>>544851025
>Actually so mad he went passive-aggressive and quit quote-linking his replies
Go get a stein and relax, Hans, you're embarrassing yourself.
>>
>>544851025
wew lad
>>
>>544851376
>This shit really does worry me.
The reality is clear:
1. AI costs too much to make good on it's promises
2. specujews will keep pouring money in
3. business will buy into the hype, terminating employees
4. total loss of knowledg
5. total disenfranchisement of the bedrock of labor
6. collapse of all consumer, service industry, and credit (banking) industries
7. genie out of the bottle, completely given away to our competitors

there's no saving us.
>>
>>544849409
> AI bubble is going to pop
This argument is so stupid I don't know why midwits and redditors keep repeating it. Chinese open weights models are just 6 months behind American frontier models. The best America had to offer at the beginning of this year can now be be run for free on your computer. For free! That is never going away
>>
>>544850010
very nice. let's see german AI
>>
>>544849409
sounds like cheap GPUs when the bubble bursts. Did waitfags win?
>>
>>544850170
We can finally own nothing, except worthless jewing ponzi bags, and be happy
>>
>>544849409
I think that’s the whole point, to make everything worthless. Just look at SaaS companies and what Anthropic is doing to the industry. Sure, you could argue that Anthropic isn’t making the same profits as these established companies, but that misses the bigger picture, all of them are on the chopping block because of AI.

We’re already seeing it play out with all the hacking, decompiling, reverse engineering, and recompiling happening this very moment. The reality is that AI is going to make everything increasingly easy to replicate, whether companies like it or not.

So why not just open everything up and let everyone benefit? First it'll be software, then maybe people wont have to work any more. I honestly dont want to work, neither do my coworkers. Only idiots are against AI.
