If by MAGA you mean Trump and the politicians. Here is how politics work. You need voters to win office. You also need rich/powerful friends that will help you and your team. They might donate money or have some sway over an organization. They might control a bit of the news. You need allies.That means you have to look at the groups that already exist and pick a few to try to be on your team. MAGA is doing this with Indians.Why them? I would guess there are two reasons. First Indians tend to have more conservative viewpoints so they fit into the Republican ethos well. Second Indians have some influence in Tech and tech is becoming a right-wing thing because the left's "Green" camp is at odds with them.
