Have you found a way to resolve the chronic rumination and anxiety yet anon?Is mental illness politically correct and just a reality of exsisting, or has anyone here actually overcome it?
>>544892317>muh critique is mental illness>implying we are socially/morally/legally obligated to submit to and cope with policies imposed on us by self-anointed experts instead of openly challenging them and their credentialized bullshit narratives dressed in poorly fitted trappings of scientific methodologyStart thinking for yourself for once.
>>544892502No Anon the problem is I want to think less and just enjoy life :). How do I do this without drugs, alcohol, medication or anger. I want to be holy like a monk.
>>544892563>t. wants to contemplate and navel-gaze like a Buddhist monk>muh just enjoy lifeLiterally ngmi. You are the type of person who would allow himself to be slaughtered so as not to inconvenience someone else. Sad, really.
>>544892713I rather just not be involved with "slaughter".
>>544892317That guy creeps me out.
>>544892317Yeah. Its called be born again by the Blood of Jesus Christ and fear God and keep the CommandmentsHe Said your hairs are numbered for a reason, perhaps start reading the bible there
>>544892317Eckhart Tolle is a fucking sketchy lying rat pretending to be enlightened so he can keep the money coming in.
>>544892885What's he lying about though? Sure, he is repackaging and selling Meiser Eckharts teaching, but it's still useful informatiom.
>>544892317>resolve the chronic ruminationWhen you really understand that you gain nothing from the rumination, it gets easier to push it out of your mind and focus on more happy or productive thoughts. You will never be the perfect that you aspire to, and the explanations for your decisions/failings are more complex than just because you are bad or flawed. Need to understand that what you think of as you is not fully in control and can't be because we're hella comlicated survival machines, yet you also need to trust yourself.
>>544893263So what am "I"? Also, it tends to not be analysing if I am good or bad, but determining what the outcomes or potential riskes of all my actions are (including every action I have taken in the past).
>>544892317women resolve it by labeling it as "feminine" then depending on men to build and maintain civilization and society
tell me all your problems etc & i'll send something actionable back.
>Have you found a way to resolve the chronic rumination and anxiety yet anon?Yes, praying the rosary every time my mind wants to start doing that. The only thing that has ever actually worked and I've been through all the methods in a span of about 25 years of trying to overcome it.
>>544893746Just rumination, anxiety or overthinking.
>>544892317>resolve the chronic ruminationtry this approach1- write a single sheet of paper for every day of your life2- start with single sheets of each birthday, write every significant event, person, and anything else you can remember from that day3- repeat with other days and single sheets of paper for milestone days in your life which are easily remembered4- keep compiling and filling in the gapseventually you can get to ~90% memory recovery. from there, you can take your database and analyze for certain things, like finding out how some people in your life were pretend-friends and kept you around to be their little bitch in the social circle, while also finding out how many good friends you had in your life and how you fucked up having them as friends, etc etc...that expels all possible ruminations from your mind on to paper. more or less doing a life review similar to what happens when we die. after life review, you can choose to drink the waters of Lethe to forget your life memories or Mnemosyne to remember them.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lethehttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnemosyne#Mythology
>>544892317Practice compartmentalizing or get a chemical lobotomy via SSRIs.>t. Diagnosed ocd
>>544894434I use SSRIs but not sure if they work or if it is just placebo alongside poor emotional regulation.

>>544892317it's all money stress.the solution is to cut taxes and red tape so the cost of living can go down.
>>544894928-tax the rich-cut the military budget-public transportation so people aren't dependent on cars-cut corporate subsidies-socialized medicine to preventive medicine can be employed which would save more money over time
>>544892317Yeah, actually watch his videos and do the meditations, it's not philosophy.
>>544894883Its always better to raw dog life my friend try your best without that poisom
>>544892317>chronic rumination and anxietyDon't know about the rest of you but I'm just waiting for hitler to emerge and give us a list of people who aren't considered human anymore. You can't have a good faith discussion with other citizens at even the lowest possible level, and you cannot change anything in our nations via democracy. I'll just wait around until hitler comes along and then I'll get involved, thanks.
>>544892317Yeah i’m self-initiatedCant really take credit for it because it happened spontaneously before 21By the same token I have little to teachTolle is the real deal
>>544892502>>544892317Yup“Mental illness” is another jewish scam. It’s not that what it describes doesn’t exist. It’s its framing that’s deceptive and nefarious. Is a tree ill because it grew bent? “Illness” also is a jewish scam. The parasites inserts themselves between us and life at all levels they can.Was Tolle ill when he was dreadfully depressed? Is he now that he’s selling surrogate enlightenment? One thing is clear: his enlightenment wouldn’t have happened without his depression
>>544892563Become an entrepreneur like muskito>>544892786Aww Jizzus, save us from the bad jews!Shall we bomb shitsrahell or persia, rabbi? Tell us what to bomb!
>>544892885How is this claim falsifiable?
my anxiety was caused by a migraine drug. how do i go back to the mild depression i had before
>>544893564Looks like a survival mechanism alright
>>544894099Practice artOr do something your soul gets involved in
>>544892317Eat der Stollen, bezahl das Tolle.
>>544892317is perpetual anger considered a mental illness?
>>544895584Sure it is. How do I stop it tho. I dont think there is much risk to me.>>544896787Yes. It is just anxiety presented differently. It comes from the same place.
>>544892317If i were to guess the solution is to stop thinking about it, finds ways to relax, move on and don't dwell on things you cannot control. Psychologists will probably recommend taking drugs, which may make things worse and is not a long term solution.
>>544892317yes its easy, just stop doing things that make you anxious. done.
true i like the meme that says have a problem -> stop caring -> dont have a problem
