Discuss Agent Based Modelling (ABM) and post interesting stuff you know about. If you're lurking BUMP the thread. Are you getting ready to lead in Europe's future struggles? You can simulate a lot of stuff using these models, for example using Python.https://arxiv.org/pdf/2607.26588v1
Also, consider this classic paper:https://jasss.soc.surrey.ac.uk/16/3/7.html
>>544898813that sounds pretty good but i guess i have the same issue with 'digital twins' where the simulated agent becomes a little and then maybe more and more detached from what the actual thing does
Of course when I'm saying "Europe" I mean all white nations (USA, Canada (after jeet cleanup), (future) Europe, Ukraine, Russia (after churka cleanup), Australia, NZ)
>>544898813>digital twinsAlso incredibly interesting, I was watching some ETHZ lectures on the subject in the few past weeks.
>>544898813I've worked on extremely similar models in other (non-political) fields. They're only as good as their creators, whatever assumptions you have going into the model construction is what is going to come out from running the model. You aren't going to learn anything new. At best you'll just use the results to reinforce your own biases and misunderstandings.
>>544899147>Implying that reality is infinitely complex and not partially reducible into a modelHow's the pay at Langley?
>>544899219Oh, I got it. You're a retard. No point in discussing anything with a moron, then.
>>544899304Fuck off glownigger.
Keep bumping the thread while I'm eating and ROAST negative / pessimistic narratives coming from glowniggers.
nice job huh, lmao
Alright it seems nobody is here right now.I will post again later.
>>544898813Is this Vic4???
>>544903271I'm sure some of the engines used for victoria, napoleon or HOI would be useful to model how states and nations behave.I wonder if the base algos are open source.
