For Americans the food makes us fat. This isn't a cop out, do some research its very well known here. People move to Europe, eat all sorts of junk food we have here and actually lose weight because in Europe there's natural ingredients (actual food) in it where as here its all artificial shit they could probably use to seal walls and strip paint with. The only people who can afford real food that is priced so high due to the lower cost of manufacturing this "food" instead when taking scale of econony into account, are basically rich.As well most people (the rest of us) dont have time or energy after work to work out.Assuming you're actually Irish idk what its like in Ireland or Europe but thats why so many amerimutts are fat to one degree or another.
