I was the wrong millennial who has never owned a home. Anyways that was in January and the house hasn't sold. He is paying 2k per month on it and has dropped it to 250k since July and only 1 offer which was 190k from a flipper. He should have listened to me before the market soured due to interest rates but instead he has spent nearly 20k and lost 40k from his initial sale goal so in his head he is 60k in the hole. So he refuses to drop the price anymore.Let their arrogance ruin them. I give zero respect to boomers just as I have zero respect to obese.
