Ignoring the most important question, which is do Americans even deserve a foreskin? Some of the best arguments in favour of circumscsion is that without a foreskin it would be easier for a dirty culture who doesn't wash or doesn't wash themselves properly to stay hygienic as a bit of water could flow over the whole penis while they shower. That could also prevent a urine infection too for dirty people who don't properly wash. Another benefit is that the foreskins of the Americans get made into anti aging skin care by cosmetics corporations (I heard that rabbis eat the foreskins for nourishment and I'm not sure what Muslims do with their foreskins but I'm sure that find some use for them) and most Americans will probably never even use their penis for anything but pissing and fapping so it's not really a big deal for them to have one, might aswell go to a good cause.
