The Militia is an all encompassing term. When any militia forms in defense of the nation, they are regarded as one Militia with different platoons and shit. An "organized" militia simply means one that adheres to military hierarchy with privates, lieutenants, majors, etc etc. in order for a militia to even be possible, it needs to have access to armaments relevant to the potential threats. As armaments progress and evolve, the access to them shall not be infringed. Understanding the original language is extremely important.
