There's some mention of Germany getting bad deal in WW1, Hitler becoming dictator, Japan and Italy joining them in war and muh holocaust. Also some mention of the Indians joining war and Subash Chandra Bose's revolt and his alliance with Japan and Germany.But it's all surface level and not touched on much.
Its COMPLETELY different from the west afaik. Our textbooks dont hyperfixate on the european trenches or the holocaust.Instead ww2 is taught entirely through the lens of the Independence movement we had we alsoo learn about how the British forcefully dragged 2.5 million iindian soldiers into the war without our consent and how the 1943 bengal famine caused by churchills policies & how netaji subhas chandra bose allied with germany and japan purely as a tactical move to liberate india from the british raj (rule ). To us,the Axis alliance was just "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"
