Itt you post what you think your political enemy/opponent thinks like and why. I'll start: My political (and moral and spiritual) opponent is the hedonist. He has concluded that there is no deeper meaning to life than to enjoy the moment and thus suffering is bad and pleasure is good and so anything that diminishes his pleasure needs to be removed and anything that increases his pleasure needs to be enabled and supported. The issue that arises from this line of thinking is that one person's pleasure often collides with another person's pleasure and thus it becomes a battle of who's pleasure is more important or who can force his pleasure on everyone else. My guess as to how the hedonist aligns that fact with his moral compass is that he subscribes to narratives about how he lives in a simulation where nothing is actually real, everyone else is just a figment of his imagination, he's the center of the universe, the MC, the creator and the end goal is to bend reality to his will or a variation of this. The other option is that he doesn't really think things trough because caring too much about things making sense and adding up is seen as cringe and try hard and thus the antidote is to "touch grass" and "relax your anus".
