What happens here? Would you live here? What makes it different from the rest of Brazilian states?

untrustworthy assholes

The minas gerais university had one of my favorite arvheologists Andres Zarankin, who found native american remains in antartica
>>
>>545024856
Why?

>>545024867
That sounds interesting.
>>

>What happens here?
nothing
>Would you live here?
yes
>What makes it different from the rest of Brazilian states?
it's the comfiest
>>
>>545025027
It extremely is, I casually found an article of him finding artifacts in antartica including a type of glass object that you find frequently in the chilean coast tombs, after that he couldn't do more research, had a failed expedition and that's as far as I have followed him when he was at the minas gerais university

Belo Horizonte is a very beautiful name for a capital
they have rich mines, hence the name
>>545024867
their university is top tier. Impressive if you consider that it’s not São Paulo

This is an old stereotype from the gold rush era some 300 years ago, massive amounts of people flooded Minas at the time, and what kind of person go for a risky opportunity to make quick money? So over time they got this reputation.

Southern Minas = São Paulo
Western Minas = Goiás
Northern Minas = Bahia
Southeastern Mians = Rio

The only genuine part of Minas is around pic related.
Overall, it has the most popular cuisine, the friendliest people (extroverted and quick to warm up, but also reserved and respectful of boundaries).

Very rural, funny accent but without being obnoxious like Northeast or Rio.
High amount of Italian/Mediterranean whites, but also high amount of brown people.

Lots of nature, lots of farms, not a lot of big cities.
Life's pace is slower and more laid back than São Paulo, but not to the point of negligence like in Bahia.

No, I do not recommend living anywhere in Brazil.
>>
>>545026365
Pretty interesting. How do you know all of this? Are you Japanese-Brazilian?
>>
>>545025391
>they have rich mines, hence the name
Minas had rich mines, back in the old colonial days.
>>
>>545028620
I'm from there, lived in SP as well.
No ancestry, just came here on my company's behalf and jumped to a local company later so I wouldn't have to go back.

Based, Koreans do it a lot in the Hyunday factory.
>>
>>545029042
Vale do Jequitinhonha still has a lot of jewels being commercialized by explointing foreign nations, especially in Germany.

Can't do much about it, shit's rigged up the ass.
>>
>>545029186
I was mostly thinking of large scale mining, like Carajás and Trombetas
>>
>>545029146
How much Japanese do you know? Did you pass the N2 or N1 exam?
>>
>>545030965
I'm a weeb so I came here already with an N1, although no talking experience, had to catch up on that in real time.
Don't recommend it unless you are also one, life conditions are quite meh and visas are getting strict. The only upside is the safety/orderliness. Which for me is a big upside, coming from Huezil.

>>545029401
Ah, yes. At this point it's mostly metals for local industry, like in Vale do Aço.
>>
>>545031241
I see, that's interesting. What is the Brazilian community in Japan like? It is true there are many Peruvians there too?
>>
They got some hot women. My ex was a Mineira. The people are mostly retards and brownies. The state’s infrastructure is nigger dog shit though. I live in the south which is much better.
>>

>>
Cruzeiro is my favorite brazilian team.
Always i see them in copa libertadores they play very offensive and cool.
>>

>What happens here?
What happened? Portuguese jews forced the extraction of many tons of gold to be made coins and bars which, when surviving the crossing of the Atlantic, arrived to Europe and were sent to Dutch jews for them to keep the moneys as the rightful financiers of that conquest/genocide and every single other conquest/genocide in history
>>
>>545024753
That's where Minas Tirith is
>>
>>545024753

The current Brazil needs to be divided in two countries, and have a big and tall concrete wall between us, from the southwestern part, and the trash people from the northeastern part. I know there's a lot of crime dominated regions here in the southwestern part, but they are not as bad as the disgusting region of the northeastern part. The Northeast region in the current Brazil, the so called "Nordeste", is the worst region of all. And the winner for president, in the election that just happened, is the pro-crime party with the same northeasterner pro-crime progressive dictator old fuck again, called Lula, and they are eager to rule over all the brazilians in a manner way authoritarian than ever before. The current Brazil does not have state laws, only federal laws. Imagine how bad this is. Imagine the USA with only federal laws, that affect the entire country's population, and no state laws existing. This is how Brazil always was and still is. It's fucking awful. The most of the prisoners in Brazil are celebrating Lula's victory. The year of 2027 looks tenebrous.
