This type of whining by musicians has been going on since at least the 1970s. Each time it goes to court, it is quickly dismissed. As long as the venue has a license and pays the required royalties, there's nothing a musician can do about it. Note that Neil Young is trying a different angle here, claiming his reputation is damaged by being associated with Trump.
