The current Brazil does not have state laws, only federal laws. Imagine how bad this is. Imagine the USA with only federal laws, that affect the entire country's population, and no state laws existing. This is how Brazil always was and still is. It's fucking awful. The most of the prisoners in Brazil are celebrating Lula's victory. The year of 2027 looks tenebrous.
