I m fairly sure if you somehow grafted most European countries to the US they'd instantly drop to the 30th place of all those feel-good metrics.On the first fucking day you'd have some dude sue them because their healthcare system, maternity leaves and food quality standards are so different from the other 50 it's against some federal act from 1907 or whatever and get all of it abolished, gun deaths would make Chicago look like a joke because we don't have the cultural background required to give us AR-15s and not turn every minor inconvenience into a gunfight, and I wouldn't be surprised if we somehow end up more obese than the rest of the US because we're now eating the same mix of plastic and hormones they do without doing all the stuff americans do to minimise the damage it causes.
