-The Anglo's favorite pastime is warmongering on the continent to maintain a "balance of power" (read: keep Europe divided so they can play them off each other and exploit them more easily)
-Jewish blood feud grudge against Tsarist pogroms
-Russia + the rest of continental Europe would be a huge powerhouse that'd wipe out most of the Anglo's leverage to profit off of being gay little banking / commercial parasites

Historically, they were either at war with them or allied to them because they wanted make sure no country on the continent got too strong.

Nowadays, the UK is a shadow of its former self. Both WWI and WWII relegated the UK, it lost its empire and went through a period of decline. Its reward for helping Judea defeat Germany has been the replacement of its own people. It's just being used like a vassal on the part of the US at this point.
