Most normies have no idea just how disruptive AI is going to be to society. They are still in the denial phase by claiming "it's a bubble!". While it's true that some companies may have invested too much money in a hurry, the technology itself is making breakthroughs everywhere it is implemented. Even if there is a financial bubble, popping it would only slow progress down a bit. Millions of people are going to lose their jobs to AI automation, which is inevitably going to lead to mass social unrest as it strips power from normies while giving it to those who already possess capital wealth and have access to the hardware required to run AI models. These models will then further amplify the wealth and power of the ruling classes. Normies will never be able to catch up because they will be outmatched in everything.I give ourselves a few more years before all hell breaks loose.

Data centers are taking a lot of time to build, and there is a significant lack of energy which takes even longer to build up. So for the next few years I think we'll remain in a sort of lull. Then once those data centers become fully operational everywhere, things will start accelerating very rapidly. It's not just that people lose their jobs, but the amount of time it would take to train yourself for another job is time that you won't have because by then AI will have taken that job as well.

One is over 1000+ acre compound that and another one are tied to the same electrical grid as my town.They told residents prices wouldn't be affected but seeing other places have a $500 base rate electric bill after data centers came, I know we here are fucked.Also don't forget to include SaaS and HaaS services in your reasoning.
