His biggest mistake was not using propaganda on the masses of other countries. He would not have embraced the degenerate shit of the time, though, even if it was a weapon for his own ends. A radio station in Mexico blasting propaganda into the interior of the US would have done more for Germany than all the Tiger tanks they built. Same thing in Europe. Had he put of radio stations and allowed the propaganda machine use the music and "culture" of the day to pound the Brits and French things would have turned out better.
