Have you guys checked out Train Simulator?Basically you take on the role of a train conductor and drive the train forward. There is so much to do. You can accelerate, you can slow down, you can hit the brakes! The possibilities are endless.
>>545107240How these games don't induce suicidal feelings of despair in people I don't know.
Sounds relaxing
>>545107240I want it, but in vr. Trains are cool, choochoo.
>>545107240Is there an India map?
>>545107588GAS! GAS! GAS!
>>545107240These games are solely designed for train autists. Normies will never understand.
>>545107240I think Spaniard train drivers should try it before qualifying for the job.
>>545107240The death of 1chan has negatively affected many messages boards.
>>545107240i like trains. thank you for the suggestion, i will check it out
>>545107240train autism (I also suffer with) aside, really makes you wonder why there's so many games like these with these totally mundane things, like 'independent retail store owner'is that really going to be as much "fantasy" as flying a dragon, in the future?
>>545107798what could go wrong?
>>545107588Mostly ripping through Europe
>>545107240>>poojeet doesn't know about operational centers leading these guys. Yeah sukhdeep it's just forward and backwards. Idiot suhkdung.
>>545107445It's for extreme autists and Germans.
if you watch a first person train driver video and press W its the same thing
>>545107240https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rulElJITIVY
>>545108071I just finished my Farming Simulator session
>>545107240Can you run over jeets?
>>545107240>You can accelerate, you can slow down, you can hit the brakes!Oh shit, trains man is hard.
>>545107240Play OpenTTD instead
>>545108375asking the real questions
>>545108507Frank Zappa looks like he's enjoying his reincarnation
>>545108071True. And I am totally okay with that statement.
>>545107906There are people who just want something to waste their time on (e.g. powerwash simulator). For most 'simulator' games i don't think the accuracy is the selling point. Supermarket simulator doesn't even try to be an accurate emulation of what it's like to run a small retail business.
>>545108798....you know, now that you've mentioned accuracy, I can't think of one game that has a dragon taking a massive shit mid-flight, that wrecks a house or kills someone
>>545108798That’s why I play stardew valley
>>545108507I'd be staring at that jeeta too.Just needs some laser on that upper lip and she's prime meat.
>>545107906I would rather have a real boomer trainset. though I don't have train autism. I have guitar autism instead. hopefully I can score some cool shit when the boomers die
>>545109596man I used to love going to the train gardens when I was a kid, during christmas you'd always have some boomers with those setting them up at a fire hall or something, really elaborate detailed onesI really like some of the newer, much larger scale ones I've seen that look expensive as all fuck cause they're actually working steam engines with these mounted seats behind the engine so they can literally ride them
>>545109761yeah I wouldn't have the space for one of those trainsets. look for people selling off dead peoples shit cheap. sometimes they don't know what they have
lel this is the size I was thinking of....
...and turns out they have WAY bigger ones even that look extremely expensive
>>545110084>>545110118you'd need your own farm for that shit dude
>>545110042maybe, but I'm pretty sure kids of people like the ones in the pics I posted know exactly how much they cost, and seethe over it, lol>>545110153absolutely, not fitting that shit in some basement, and it'd be a waste
>>545107240>Basically you take on the role of a train conductor and drive the train forward.Conductor's don't operate the train. It's the engineer that does that. Conductor's are reserved to boarding passengers, checking for tickets, and maintaining some sense of order.Unless it's a Freight Train, then the Conductor just sits until the Engineer stops to perform a bit of switching.
>>545107240This is Turkey's topography map. Our roads have curves, climbs, descents, ups and downs. Long, straight, flat roads are rare. We have a famous straight road near Karapınar in Central Anatolia that runs for nearly 100 km without a single curve. Ironically, many of the deadliest accidents happen there. When driving becomes too monotonous it actually becomes more dangerous. Just saying.
>>545107558Same here.Combined with a nice landscape to look at it could be a fun experience.Flight simulators are also great in VR, but being high up makes the landscape appear to move very slowly and have less variation.
>>545110153You don't need your own track. There are clubs you can join that have tracks to run your own trains on.
>>545107240>worldcan i play in india?
>run the red light>crash into a stationary train on the mainlineWho would have thought what will happen?
>>545108425>Play OpenTTD insteadTHIS.
>>545110153There are heaps of these little trains around Melbourne. There's a bunch of old guys and young autistic retards running these little clubs where you can take your kids to ride them.
>>545107588the engine can't handle all the garbage in the Indian environment kek
>>545110598elite dangerous in vr with a flight stick is comfy for space trucking, best if you have a few beers and a plate of corndogs.
>>545110939That's just a predator simulator then. What about in Spain though?
>>545112250
>>545107240It would be funny if train simulator was just an endless series of 'Trolley problems' where you can change tracks to kill 1 or 5 people, over and over and over again.
>>545112250fuck…
Anyone know of any vr experience from inside the train and it's irl rather than some gay cgi slop? Idk why 99% of vr train videos are outside the train.
>>545112427The train was state owned and this is the second crash they had this year. Maybe lefties just can’t run things?
>>545116432>and it's irl rather than some gay cgi slop?idk what you mean by that, but this game has an incredible "engineer" aspect including inside the train operating levers and such, and has VR, though I don't have VRhttps://store.steampowered.com/app/588030/Derail_Valley/
you actually install shit on the train using tools in that one too
>>545107240That’s one control too many for spics
>>545110118I don't get it. Seems 100x more expensive and just as fun as riding around on a 4 wheeler
>>545116928you have to have the train 'tism to get itand it's likely only really fun for the guy running it
>>545108507Poured bleach in my eyes...I'm good now
>>545107240Train simulator was designed by a brainwashing cult to make more transit employees. To make the transit industry seem cooler and normal.
>>545117461public transport is fine without niggers and auto lobbies suppressing it because sales
>>545107240Can you hunt jeets?
>>545116595Serbia just voted out Vucic because his government didn't hold anyone responsible after fourteen people died from a crumbling walkway. Those two crashes are pretty much equivalent to deaths per capita.
>>545117539No it isn’t. We’re packed into boxes like rats because we’re over populated. If you drove every crowded bus off a cliff we’d be here for awhile before things started looking better. How completely humiliating and insulting to share a cramped space with you retards.
>>545119372nobody told you to take all those jeets, clyde
>>545107240I played Railroad Tycoon and Transport Tycoon in the 90s. Great games. I thikn there's an open source version of the latter these days.
