I tip 25% every time to any white person who serves me. I don't even care if they are rude or didn't have time for me, if they are white, they will achieve a tip. If they are non-white, they are not receiving a tip. In fact, If I do see my waitress being a non-white, I usually stay seated for about 5 minutes and then tell them I'm about to leave. I don't want these people making my food, simple as. If I walk in the restaurant and see it's being mostly staffed by non-whites, I leave. Usually the person with me gets fed up with me but I only want one thing and it's a white server.
