Payments here in Russia work great, you can instantly transfer by phone number to anyone, you can pay with our card process MIR anywhere, you can with your phone via NFC or by scanning QR code, you can pay with smile. Sure, it's not anynomous Bitcoin, but Bitcoin wasn't created for consumer payments anyway.I don't currently believe Russian payment systems will become as censored as the western one. The western system is basically a caste system: the lower some country is on their tier list, the more explaining and red-tape you have to do to simply send money to anyone or receive money from someone. If the goal is to attract other countries to use our system, Russia will probably be very light on any kind of red-tape.
