If you keep it, and the reported it missing, you're 100% guilty of a crime for not returning it. It's something like "theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake"It's not worth opening yourself up to the risk. There aren't many places where you're not on camera anymore. There are many cases of people going to jail for this sort of thing. The only one I found where the persons were in the clear was that couple that found like 10 million in buried gold bars on their property and it was okay because the age of the gold bars made it obvious that the owner was likely diseased.
