Do doctors deserve to be bullied relentlessly on social media for being pretentious luddites who can't seem to make the most obvious connections?
>>
The issue with doctors is that most don't keep up and just coast on them getting through med school decades ago.
Young doctors are the best but even they're roughly half a decade behind the curve of medical science since their residencies take so long and their schools could be carribean tier.
The really good ones are highly in demand specialists locked away behind miles of bureacracy. The rest have been diagnosing sniffles and prescribing blood pressure/cholesterol meds for so long their soul and brain dies.
and now the whole industry is getting jeeted
>>
>>545129163
Yes.
Didn't read past the word, "bullied". But yes.
This leading cause of death in America, for a few years was said to be medical mistakes. And yet, these people act like they're gods and can make a single f****** mistake that was, John Hopkins university then they came back and said oh no, wait a minute that study that study wasn't right, but here's the point whether the study was right. There is not a box on the f****** Death Certificate that says medical mistakes. They don't even keep track of the f****** thing. How far do they know how many they're doing or not? They have no idea you want something else look up.How many nurses are being found out that aren't even f****** nurses? They're coming from other countries and they're just making out their credentials that they don't exist. These f****** people are just like people off the g****** street pretending to be f****** nurseslol
>>
>>545129265
The specialists in Australia are the worst kind. People wait 4 months for an appointment, sit in a waiting room for 3 hours, then it's like russian roulette for which specialist will pretend to listen, give the patient made up info (contradicting the appointment before) since they haven't actually read the patient's file, and then make some random judgement call out of their ass. Basically anything they could fuck up, they do.
If they really haven't read the patient's file, they pad out the consult with some sermon about average disease rates or some shit to lower the patient's expectations of usefulness.

Then they get paid hundreds of dollars for that 10 minute session, billed straight to the taxpayer.
>>
>>545129612
It seems you are learning about the power of wealth and big organizations like governments and lobbies.
>>
>>545129612
Heh. At least you guys get doctors. Here in America, only the rich do.
>>
>>545129612
wow that sucks you should deport all the bugs and jeets
>>
>>545131747
Family member got an Irish one who gave her a terrifying diagnosis (which was confirmed wrong in a followup appointment) and then refused to answer any questions, spinning it like not answering questions was the compassionate thing to do, and going on about how "you're going to need us now" like that's what was important.
>>
>>545129275
>How many nurses are being found out that aren't even f****** nurses? They're coming from other countries and they're just making out their credentials that they don't exist.
You claim to hate experts and credentialism, yet you are credentialist yourself. Curious
>>
>>545129612
>taxpayer
Actually you'll find it's usually about $300-400 out of pocket and if you're lucky there's a rebate for a specialist
Are you even Australian
Everything else you said is right though, the doctors in Australia are 80% jeet, 15% other kind of retard, 5% paywalled and somewhere speckled in there are 10 brain cells that one of said doctors actually has access to
>>
>>545129163
Yes.
>>
>>545133239
>Actually you'll find it's usually about $300-400 out of pocket and if you're lucky there's a rebate for a specialist
That's not true for specialists in the public hospital system.
Maybe because you're a Jap you had to pay the Gap.
>>
>>545129265
Nah, the problem is they don't care.
My wife is a neurologist and she really cares and is in good shape and eats well and tells patients their problems come from their lifestyle in large part.

The typical neurologist will see a 350lb 5' 4" women and just immediately jot pills on a piece of paper and leave.
They don't give a fuck AT ALL.

That leaves out the part that the entire hospital culture is to eat total garbage all day.
It's an Op of course on them, but it's really that only 1% of MDs give a flying fuck about you AT ALL.

Doctors are stolen valor imposters for the most part.
The majority of disease destruction came through better nutrition, public sanitation, and pest control. So thank your plumber if anyone else that you don’t have a life ruining plague.
If the mishandling of covid didn’t show you these jokers don’t actually solve diseases idk what will convince you.

Surgeons are the real deal though, those guys save your life and are cool for the most part.
But the checkup-doctors everyone thinks of are mostly just pill pushers, and those pills have killed or ruined a shitton of people.
Hopefully we’ll be able to get a diagnosis from open source LLMs instead in the near future.

Yes.

>being pretentious luddites
They're not luddites. They're more than happy to prescribe drugs that big pharma is shilling.

Every recent parent I've spoken to is applying topical steroids on their babies because of a small rash. Is it a good idea to treat a 6month baby's skin irritation with betamethasone? Of course as soon as the drug wears off and the steroid is no longer suppressing the immune response, the rash can come back worse requiring more steroids.
>>
>>545129163
Yes
Fuck doctors
Anybody who thinks a doctor is anything more than a cunt who just repeats info xhe learned at school is a retard
>>
>>545134649
>Surgeons are the real deal though
Meh.
They CAN be and are more likely to be. But they spend the majority of their time doing unnecessary, low reward, surgeries on insurance so they get paid a shit ton.

They'll do 1000 brain surgeries on people they know are dead anyway. They all die just as fast or faster than if they got the surgery.
Could have just been at home resting with their families.

The one person lives (random chance) for five years and they pat themselves on the back from the beach at the Ritz Carlton.
They'll never say "No" to a surgery unless they think they'll get sued because it's too obviously ridiculous.
>>
>>545129265
You have no idea how the medical industry is run and it's obvious. This is like the fag of some other country going "Let me tell you how your country is run". Doctors and nurses have to keep up with continuous training. It's not a crazy amount of hours but they certainly not just leaving residency and never undergoing education again. Just stop saying stupid shit.

The big thing you are going to find is the new doctors are not going to be the workaholic types like you have now.
>>
>>545135188
>training
They literally let you buy the training by paying them money instead of doing these classes.
My wife just did so. Basically paid $500 for credits to avoid doing them at all.
She does her own self study, but they sabotage and weaken any previous customs of being a doctor at every turn they can.

You think the Indian MDs don't ALL get fake updates to their CME (continuing medical education)?
>>
>>545129265
>Mentions island schools
This man knows about how retarded the system is. Island schools are the bane of a competent system. Literal P2P education.
>>
>>545129163
yes. they are prostitutes in the petroleum industry stable of whores.
the covid response proved, beyond any doubt's shadow, that they are are not ethical scientists or moral caregivers.
>>
>>545134693
>They're not luddites.
They're 3 generations of tech behind every other profession on earth and they conned everybody into believing the old-school ways of handling information were safer for patient decisions. They fuck up basic communications and records of yes/no consent questions anyway, but they say it's better this way.
>>
>>545135188
>have to keep up with continuous training
Yes if by "training" you mean "negotiating with drug companies for new kickback schemes".
>>
>>545135188
>Doctors and nurses have to keep up with continuous training.
Then why are they 10 years behind the findings on PubMed?
>>
>>545129163
Only the ones that do it for profit and havent sworn themselves to the hippocratic oath, as they are conmen and charlatans that pervent the name physician in the name of mammon
>>
>>545132519
Hating credentialism because the existing credential system is broken or corrupt is logically consistent. Maybe if the credentials actually meant something, his opinion of the credentialed "experts" would improve.
>>
>>545129163
Doctors have more of a responsibility for what they say. That's something that anons have trouble with. You want them to be conversational and like online investigators saying theory as fact, but they are more liable for going off one too many "dude trust me"s.
>>
>>545134693
I can't be the only looking at this picture, their faces, the general vibe, and sense the evil through the picture.
>>
>>545138141
They're not luddites. They have cushy jobs. Albeit in the past they were considered stressful with long hours compared to the average wagie job. The average wagie office job has gotten much worse since then.

The cost of keeping their cushy jobs is to be a pharma shill. If they were luddites they wouldn't have jumped onto the mRNA train in 2021 or the Oxycodone train in the 2010s or any number of meme treatments over the past few decades.

They regularly fuck things up at every single doctor visit. Something as simple as taking a height measurement. They used a tape measure that was shorter than my toddler, used the same tape measure twice, and added the numbers up incorrectly. Only reason she noticed was because the height was off the charts 99.99% for my daughter's age after she plotted it into the computer (again more evidence they aren't luddites).

These are not competent people. A trained monkey can perform their job. Doctors take some of the easiest STEM courses in university for their undergrad, get a few volunteer positions, then off to medical school they go.

>>545142617
Yes, people unironically think these doctor conferences are medical professionals in lab coats sitting around calmly discussing their work.
>>
>>545142617
That's why there's this animosity. You feel like you can feel evil through a picture like this and people who are more like doctors would find a smarter way to ground opinions like that with specifics and would more than likely decide to not post something regarding something like that. You hate them for not legitimizing you while seeing them as illegitimate and they hate you because at the end of the day everyone is more at the mercy of people who follow their gut than people who wait for the guidance of "experts".

That can be true and they still have more responsibility for what they say and do. You could take them to court for what they get wrong. Screwing up a height measurement vs telling people vaccines cause autism have different consequences.
>>
>>545143233
Operation warp speed! And I said "experts". I'm not taking sides in what's best or which experts you are better, just the inherent difference in standards and responsibilities.

>Do doctors deserve to be bullied relentlessly
They deserve to be shot in the head and dumped in a pit.
My female cousin is an award winning surgeon. Top of her class etc
During covid-19 she frightened her father (my uncle) into staying indoors for a whole year.
I keep trying to persuade him to leave the house to take some exercise because lack of exercise and mental stimulation is lethal for an elderly person and decline is irreversable.
But he believed his daughter.
After a year he was a mental and physical wreck as I predicted.
Then the vaxx arrived.
I told him not to take it but of course he followed the advice of the "expert" his daughter the surgeon.
After the second shot he got a brain tumour and died.
In early 2020 he was fit enough to be in hill walking club.
In 2024 he was dead.
tl;dr
A right-wing nazi conspiracy theorist who posts on /pol/ is able to give better medical advice than an award winning surgeon
>>
>>545142958
Good example. Experts work towards preventing child abuse by way of encouraging pedos to out themselves to friends and families with a term that makes them sound more libertarian and less likely to be wood chippered, but the vibes are off and so anons think the goal was to systematically have pedos harm children.

The better approach was to get a masculine angry white man saying they're going to get faggots off the street by psyoping them into putting themselves on a list so they can be monitored and possibly arrested. Doing the same thing, making it sound based, is the peanut butter on the pill.
>>
>>545143026
What doctor is measuring height in office with a tape measure?? Are you talking about the medical assistant? Docs are too busy to do mundane shit like measuring height. Do you live in mumbai?
>>
>>545135188
CME's are largely paid for by pharma companies and largely function as sales pitch events for said companies. Doctors get free food and booze. Also you can pick your locations and use it as a holiday.

They don't have shit for responsibility. Most doctors pushed these vaccines onto their patients. They all kept their jobs.

These are not competent people that take pride in their work and carefully study the literature of the treatments their prescribing patients.

>Screwing up a height measurement vs telling people vaccines cause autism have different consequences.
They likely cause autism in those susceptible to it. Autism is a result of brain inflammation. The mechanism by which vaccines confer immunity is through provoking an inflammatory response.

Whether the vaccination program is worth it at a population level is another question. I suspect it is not.

>>545143865
Usually the family doctor's assistant takes it. In this case we were referred to a specialist pediatrician. A pediatrician and a medical student doing a residency both took the height using the same tape measure.

>Do you live in mumbai?
Nope, let's just say I live in one of the most liveable cities in the world according to these meme lists:

>>
>>545144350
Because they towed the line of what experts and the president were recommending. They weren't individual researchers, they saw a pandemic, saw a tested vaccine, and then pushed it out without going through all the extra tests and trials libertarians are normally against.

Doctors are a mixed bag. As some anons have pointed out there ARE some that are genuine and want to help. Then there are the kike dipshits who just want to put you on pills. There's a reason why a common piece of advice when it comes to anything medical related is to "get a second opinion".
>>
To 'be a doctor' is to follow the procedures laid out by the drug companies for care. You send your patient for tests, see what is elevated and then prescribe exactly what big pharma tells you to.

You might be able to get creative in Canada because we don't have the malpractice issues that the States have. If you did go outside procedures and something fucked up, it is your license and a lotta money.

The sad part is, it isn't about care for the patient. It is how we get customers onto a product line for life and never get better.
