I know there's a lot of crime dominated regions here in the southwestern part, but they are not as bad as the disgusting region of the northeastern part. The Northeast region in the current Brazil, the so called "Nordeste", is the worst region of all. The current Brazil does not have state laws, only federal laws. Imagine how bad this is.
