The two parties will be nearly indistinguishable in practice, but the rhetoric will be clearly different for profiling purposes. Then, I'll work to undermine the bad group at every level of society including normalizing treating them poorly at the social and professional level. We could then move on to segregation via equity practices, and eventually achieve segregation without a single real fight fought. Finally, we can strengthen legal consequences for the targeted group while loosening restrictions and consequences for the preferred group. I guarantee under this plan you'll see the unfavored group have their birth rates decline, increase immigration away from the country, and such alienation that they begin to form aberrant behavior that further alienates them thus compounding all of he other issues listed until finally they have essentially removed themselves. Simple as.
