You should notice a pattern here. That they spread their legs or got on their knees for roles, they were fine with it at the time because it was obviously a huge deal for them to get elevated in both status and wealth to be cast as a major character for one of his films. Women will absolutely do it to get the roles, repeated offers too and "get their foot in the door".Where the whole thing then falls apart is when their literal whoredom gets exposed years later.
