All economies are controlled, all of which adapt their rules and even values to their friend and enemy nations. It's not ideologically pure. It isn't even clear if they will run things the same if they were at the top. For one: if the western nations stop buying your goods because they are crushed economically; how are you going to get value out of undercutting their working class?
