I hate it when people equivalate niggers to orcs.If you have very little knowledge of medieval fantasy, I can get how at first sight you see similaritries. Orcs are generally less civilized and more savage compared other sapient humanoid races, just like niggers. Orcs are also aggressive raiders who often pillage and raid for wealth or survival, rathere than growing their own food and industry, not unlike niggers.However there are also a lot of major differences between orcs and niggers.Orcs, while book dumb, are often hardened wilderness survivors. As nomadic people, they know how to survive well even in harsh conditions for long times, unlike niggers. Also unlike niggers, orcs bodies are hardened and durable, built for surviving harsh conditions.And finally, the biggest difference between orcs and niggers is that orcs are excellent fighters. Orcs are physically powerful, fit, highly disciplined and fearless fighters and skilled in using various weapons. Their warrior culture breeds skilled, hardened and powerful fighters.Because of this I hate it when people compare niggers to orcs. It's a huge insult to a fantasy race that I enjoy, whetever they are cool villains or even the protagonists and heroes of a story. Orcs are superior to violent dumb niggers and do not deserve to be insulted as such.

Orcs in Tolkien weren't nomadic, they were "city dwellers", often taking over old dwarven cities (e.g. Moria, Mt. Gundabad). They also made inferior fighters (despite their ferocity) but had numerical advantage. A warrior culture, yes, in a sense, but not that it made them better fighters, it just made them more prone to violence. Although trying to pinpoint which race or civilization Tolkien was referring to is difficult. Mongols could be the Wainriders and/or Balchoth. Muslims could be the Near Haradrim, the Umbar pirates. India is clearly Khand (there's even a province in India called "Khond"). There is definitely a Middle Eastern, Babylonian/Chaldean/Sumerian vibe going on with Sauron himself. The Haradrim name for Sauron was "Zigur", which meant "Wizard". And Tolkien mentioned that Sauron had created a religion of Melkor worship, which pyramid like temples where humans were sacrificed to Melkor by the orcs, which definitely gives the impression that Tolkien was trying to link Sauron/Zigur to the ziggurats of ancient Mesopotamia. As far as black people, the Far Haradrim peoples would qualify as that.
