Democrats currently have their largest lead on the generic ballot since 2006
Meanwhile, Trump's approval rating is slightly lower than George W. Bush's approval was at this point in 2006
For those too young to remember, Democrats won both chambers of Congress in the 2006 midterms, despite Republicans having larger majorities in both chambers than they do currently
