The leaked police order mobilizes nationwide prevention units with machine pistols, shotguns, gas launchers, night-vision gear and armored vehicles for “immediate readiness” in Warsaw amid a Constitutional Tribunal crisis.

https://wpolityce.pl/polityka/szykuja-sie-do-pacyfikacji-wyciekl-tajny-dokument-policji,288063

This echoes December 1981: secret high-level directives, mass deployment of ZOMO-style forces with riot and lethal equipment, and readiness to crush civic resistance by force rather than dialogue. Both involve the state preparing to "pacify" its own citizens defending constitutional order.

1981 martial law in Bolanda happened right before the Soviet Union disintegration. Lets hope the 2026 version means similar disintegraton of the EU/NATO xD

U.S only say this because Poland is a key factor in keeping Russia in check with Nato.

I think it means dragging Bolanda to war with Russia. If it fails, it means the end of the current geopolitical order in Europe. If it succeeds, the bankrupt West would get another drone-fodder after depleted Urine

The "coup" itself is probably designed to destabilize political situation in Bolanda. It is a hutzpah of two mainstream parties : PiS and PO. They pretend they "fight" each other. The real goal is destabilisation that would justify introduction of "special measures". It would make possible to push Bolanda into "gray sphere" of security, a state between a war and a peace - this would be useful as an accelerator to join Bolanda to the Ukraine war

Why even have a ceremonial president? I never understood the basic rationale for having separate heads of state and government in a parliamentary republic.

This shitshow suddenly "unites" Kalkstein with Braunbaum. The only goal of them all is turning dumb Polacks into a drone fodder in interest of the West (USrael + Western Europe). I am afraid Russia will be forced to finally begin mobilisation when this happens

Head of government (executive) and head of state being the same person is an unusual thing, only America and some other countries they inspired have it (like Brazil).
Traditionally, the head of state in European countries which developed parliamentarianism was the monarch. Those either became ceremonial monarchies or republics with a separated head of the executive (prime minister) than the president, who either exist for checks and balances or as a figurehead. But there are exemptions like Russia and Poland who have an executive President but his cabinet and PM are subject to the parliament instead of the president and can be no confidence removed.
