Discussing politics with low IQ people is... Interesting. I've been trying to notice patterns in their limitations.

Understanding these is interesting because you can tell when someone you're arguing with is just retarded and move on. I'll start. Add your own too. I'm talking about cognitive limitations, specifically.

>cant trace causes to consequences, as their worldview is limited to chunks of information they don't connect together, eg. "why do you blame the government for high grocery prices? the prices are set by the stores"
>incapable of abstraction or extrapolation, eg. "what do you mean there's an affordability crisis because a mcd meal is like 20€? just dont eat there"
>doesnt question when their supported politicians dont actually deliver. this is part of not being able to connect information together. the politician said he'd do something they liked, so they support that. the problem he said he'd solve is still present in real life, which they don't think about because they're used to it. and they don't connect those two together.
>just cant understand even when things are spelled out to them. as they can't grasp ideas beyond a modest level of complexity. eg "per capita is bullshit", "supply and demand deciding prices is a superstition, but they keep trying to justify it with nonsense ramblings"
also,
>dont even notice when they didnt understand something. they respond as if they understood while obviously having no idea what a post says (not the same as disagreeing btw)
i dont even have an explanation for this one. i think its either they're stupid so used to not understanding what they read and don't think anything of it / just try to get the gist of what may be the author's intentions, or, just like they perceive the world in chunks they don't connect together, they also do that with text they read, and don't look for meaning

I quite like
>previous government made dramatic and in some cases irreversible choices that affect things today.
Past decisions wear off apparently and can't affect anything today because it was a year ago, five years ago, ten years ago etc. Common sense apparently.

I hate to say it but bringing up Jews is usually a sign of low intelligence or refusal to utilize the intellect.
The meme on /pol/ is something like
>Why [anything]? Because Jews.
No thinking required, like a dog trained to bark on command.

It's true, dumb people are always blissfully unaware of how dumb they really are.

I’m certainly no fan of them but there is a time and place to bring them up. Most retards here don’t seem to understand that. I theorize that it was done this way intentionally to associate those with legitimate concerns about the Jews seem crazy and retarded.

>I theorize that it was done this way intentionally to associate those with legitimate concerns about the Jews seem crazy and retarded.
IDK about intentionality but I sometimes get similar impressions.
Thinking about that in reverse, it's a surefire way to alienate normies:
>This guy's talking a lot of sense, I'm starting to see that there are serious problems with the Federal Reserve System...
>"And this is all part of the 2000 year plan for the Zionist New World Order as outlined in..."
>Oh nevermind he's just insane
It's very counterproductive.
