The US makes around 600 Patriot missiles per year, and that's to supply the entire world. Given that US supplied have been reduced by 80% due to the war in Ukraine + Iran, it would probably take 2-3 years to restock US supplies before they could even begin sending them to Ukraine again. By then Russian missile production will have increased even further, so you'd need double the amount of Patriots anyway.
