In a few months this will end. Businessmen and politicians on both sides, millions, in some cases billions richer. A lot of them have moved to other places; Monaco, Thailand, UAE, Switzerland, Turkey.

Hundreds of thousands have died. Everyones bills have gone up. Then just like that, life continues, business as usual, co-existing, back competing in sporting events, travelling, trading.

What a pointless waste of life

Russia refused five times to share lab worker's death data with WHO, WSJ reports

1/?

Russia refused five times to give the World Health Organization additional information about the death of a laboratory worker at an anti-plague institute in Siberia, the Wall Street Journal reported on Oct. 30, 2026 — more than a decade after regulators began warning the institute over safety violations.
Darya Shipilova, a 28-year-old lab technician at the Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute of Siberia and the Far East in the Siberian city of Irkutsk, was hospitalised with severe pneumonia on Sept. 29 and died overnight into Oct. 2 at a district hospital in Shelekhov, a satellite town outside Irkutsk. Russian officials have said only that she died of pneumonia of unknown origin. About 200 people who had contact with her were placed under medical observation and several hospitals were quarantined, Russian media reported.
The WSJ, which reviewed online regulatory filings, reported that the institute had received warnings from oversight bodies for more than a decade citing safety violations, poorly developed emergency plans and inadequate training of senior staff. A June 2026 report by Russia's Emergencies Ministry said the institute had prepared no measures to decontaminate buildings and equipment in case bacteria were accidentally released beyond the laboratory, and kept no stockpiles of decontamination and degassing agents. The institute was issued a strict warning.
A September report found that the institute's civil defence plan had not been updated and that the official in charge of civil defence had not completed additional training, the newspaper said. In 2015, the institute was cited for lacking mandatory automatic fire alarms; in 2019, for failing to prepare the required safety documentation for facilities posing biological hazards.

2/3

The WHO asked Russia five times for more information to determine the level of danger posed by Shipilova's death, the WSJ reported. Russian officials replied only by repeating their public statement: that she died of pneumonia of unknown origin.
"We don't understand how she was infected," Maria Van Kerkhove, the WHO's director for epidemic and pandemic management, told reporters in Geneva on Oct. 7, 2026. "So clearly we would like more information to understand which laboratory tests were conducted, which pathogens were evaluated, and if this individual didn't die from plague, then how did she die?"
"Russian health authorities are very actively hiding from the WHO what is actually happening," Alisa Lytovka, a microbiologist who worked in laboratories across Russia before leaving the country for political reasons, told the WSJ.
Rospotrebnadzor, Russia's consumer health watchdog, which oversees the institute, said on Oct. 4 that a commission monitoring compliance with biosafety requirements had identified "no emergency situations" in work with pathogenic microorganisms — a conclusion it said was confirmed by an expert commission sent to the institute on the orders of Rospotrebnadzor head Anna Popova.
The warnings appear not to have stopped the institute's work with plague. In June 2026, it took part in the first joint Russian-Chinese exercises on countering "infectious threats", held in the Far Eastern city of Khabarovsk with mobile laboratories.
>>
>>545296421
3/3

Founded in 1934, when the Soviet Union was registering thousands of plague cases a year, the institute has spent nine decades studying some of the world's most dangerous pathogens. During the Cold War, one of its directors, Igor Domaradsky, who took charge in 1957, went on to become a key architect of a Soviet biological weapons programme, according to his memoir. Western scientists say the effort to build defences against Western biochemical weapons that he pioneered became a cover for developing offensive biological arms, in which plague dispersed by aerosols played a significant role.
Ties between the institute and the Defence Ministry persist, the WSJ wrote, citing government procurement data: in 2025, the two jointly modernised a laboratory, with ministry funds used to equip it with new machinery.
In an outbreak notice on Oct. 10, the WHO said the absence of a confirmed diagnosis in the deceased laboratory worker remained a key uncertainty, and that it would continue to monitor the situation.

> 69.49% of losses (11,672 out of 16,796) — the enemy manpower “die-off” in the Dobropillia–Pokrovsk direction (7,360 ) and the Oleksandrivka and Huliaipole directions (4,312 ).
I knew they were throwing most of their stuff in Dobropillia and they've pretty much given up in Konstantinivka, but I hadn't read about the Huliaipole direction. And remember, these are only the USF's numbers.

>>
>>545298201
Nobody in the US wants to take possession of the diesel in question, so the tankers are busy doing donuts and burning bunker in the North Sea/Atlantic.
It was never anything more than a campaign stunt.
>>
>>545298240
Furthermore, it was never about actually lowering diesel prices, but rather a vague promise that since it was on its way it would lower prices Soon(tm).
Election promises are never about actually doing anything, but rather to conjure the illusion of something being done. It doesn't have to hold water at all, the illusion just needs to appear tangible long enough for retards to vote.
>>
>>545298240
was getting civilians killed with the starshield throttle also a campaign stunt?

I think it's far more likely that donny is completely demented and it depends on who pulls his strings that day, it's just that the pro-rus crowd like hegseth/witkoff and his suspiciously swarthy son are all incredibly incompetent

>>
Also, 3 tankers worth of diesel. Does anyone think that would make a dent?
>>
>>545298342
it really wouldn't, donny also got zigger tankers captured a year ago IIRC, that's why I'm leaning towards him being demented and someone else trying to profit off this ''deal''

it was part of a campaign to try and normalize """"business deals"""" (bribes) with monkeperium. It was never about the quantity. Donnie was waiting for monke to finish off ukraine while his trailer trash gang did road trips to muscovia to negotiate what kind of bribes can they offer him. Now, with only two years left on the clock, he is skipping the ukraine phase and rushing straight for the money

to put it into perspective how much money ziggers are dangling in front of the idiots face, he has accumulated about 6+ billion in bribes in two years. Projected to reach 12-13 billion by the end of his reign. The LukOil foreign asset alone is valued about 20 billion, with rumored selling price of 15 billion. That is 20 billion worth of assets with five billion discount for donnie and friends

Kazakhstan. He'd only be able to go to a place where securing his release to Ukraine (or Hague) for trial would result in negotiating leverage for the host country looking after him. KZ needs access to black sea for their oil exports and they don't have enough heft (yet) to impose these conditions on the rf. China has so much leverage over the rf state now, and would continue to have leverage over whatever would be left of it after /rcwg/, that keeping monke alive and releasing him at an opportune moment doesn't do much for them.
Capturing monke, even if he's willing, comes with risks and I don't think China would take that gamble for such little gain. Kazakhstan definitely would because they need every bit of leverage they can get.

Russian foreign minister's flight to U.S. G20 meeting took 20 hours after detour around 'unfriendly' states

1/2

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov took more than 20 hours to reach the United States for a meeting of G20 foreign ministers, after bans imposed since the war in Ukraine forced his aircraft to skirt the airspace of countries Moscow brands "unfriendly".
The flight from Moscow to Atlanta lasted 20 hours and 10 minutes, Russia's TASS news agency reported. Lavrov arrived overnight into Oct. 30 for the two-day gathering of foreign ministers from the world's major economies, held on Oct. 30–31.
The Atlanta talks are a key preparatory event for a G20 leaders' summit scheduled for Dec. 14–15 in Miami, to be hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump at his National Doral resort. Trump has said he wants to see Russian President Vladimir Putin at the summit, but the Kremlin says no decision has been made on whether he will attend.
The long journey underlined the aviation isolation Russian officials have faced since Moscow launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In July 2024, Lavrov flew more than 12 hours from Moscow to New York to chair UN Security Council meetings during Russia's rotating presidency, TASS reported at the time. On Sept. 23 this year, he travelled to New York again for the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, spending 12 hours 45 minutes in the air.
Russia designates 49 states as "unfriendly", most of them members of the European Union.
>>
>>545300177

Unlike Putin, Lavrov is not subject to an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court. Such a warrant obliges member states of the Rome Statute to detain the suspect on their territory and can curtail international travel. The court has issued warrants for Putin, children's rights commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova, Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov.
Russian airlines and aircraft remain barred from the airspace of all 27 EU member states as well as Albania, Britain, Iceland, Canada, Moldova, Norway, North Macedonia, the United States, Montenegro and Switzerland — restrictions imposed after the start of the war against Ukraine.

Ukraine resumes strikes on Russian refineries, ending pause sought by Trump's envoys

1/?

Ukrainian forces have resumed drone strikes on Russian oil refineries, ending a two-week pause pressed on Kyiv by U.S. negotiators, and have now hit reported refinery targets on three consecutive nights in the run-up to the Nov. 3 U.S. midterm elections.
Drones attacked Rosneft's Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region overnight into Oct. 30, setting the plant ablaze. Footage from witnesses showed several columns of smoke rising over the facility, visible for kilometres and darkening the sky over Samara, 20 km (12 miles) away. The plant can process about 8.8 million tonnes of crude a year, according to Rosneft, making it one of the largest in the Volga region. The Ukrainian drone-maker Fire Point said its FP-1 drones struck the refinery, including a diesel hydrotreating unit; Ukraine's General Staff has not commented.
The attack was the first on a Russian refinery since mid-October, when drones hit Rosneft's Ryazan refinery — one of Russia's largest, which supplies gasoline to Moscow among other consumers — on Oct. 15, and a Gazprom condensate-processing plant near Surgut, more than 2,000 km from the border, the following day.
The resumption contradicts the wishes of the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump, who sealed a "diesel deal" with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Oct. 9, temporarily waiving U.S. sanctions on Russian diesel until April 2027 to let Moscow ship more than 300,000 tonnes of diesel to the United States and global markets.
>>
>>545300290
2/3

The Wall Street Journal reported on Oct. 29 that Ukrainian units conducting long-range strikes had been instructed in mid-October to suspend new missions, after persistent demands from U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. It was Ukraine's defence ministry that initiated the pause, according to two Kyiv military officials cited by the paper, in a campaign that has hit Russian refineries more than 100 times this year.
Kushner told the Ukrainians that a 30-day halt would be a way to show "gratitude" for U.S. assistance, the officials said. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy agreed with the military but left them free to resume the strikes if they saw fit.
In contacts with Washington, Zelenskiy sought reciprocal concessions — Patriot missiles urgently needed to defend against Russian strikes, permission to use Starlink inside Russia against missile launchers, and a mutual halt to attacks on energy infrastructure — but secured U.S. agreement on none of them, WSJ reported.
European officials advised Zelenskiy to hold off the refinery campaign — which has knocked out about a third of Russia's refining capacity and sparked a summer fuel crisis from Siberia to Moscow — until after the midterm elections, noting that fuel prices are politically sensitive for Trump. Some were unsettled by the increasingly heated exchanges between Trump and Zelenskiy and by the brief shutdown of the Starlink satellite service for Ukrainian forces, which was restored on Oct. 24 after Trump called Elon Musk; U.S. officials deny any link.

The resumption has since gathered pace. Drones targeted the industrial zone of Ufa, home to three Bashneft refineries, overnight into Oct. 31, and overnight into Nov. 1 hit the Lukoil refinery in Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region, one of Russia's largest with a capacity of some 17 million tonnes a year, according to monitoring channels; the region's governor confirmed a "massive" drone attack on an industrial enterprise, and queues formed at petrol stations in Nizhny Novgorod. Zelenskiy said the Novokuybyshevsk strike, some 1,000 km from the front line, had deprived "the Russian war machine of millions of dollars in export revenues."

Russian war dead in Ukraine may have passed 500,000, BBC-Mediazona count shows

1/2

Russia's army may have lost more than half a million soldiers killed in Ukraine, according to a count published on Oct. 30 by BBC News Russian and the independent news outlet Mediazona, branded a "foreign agent" by Moscow.
Working with a team of volunteers, the journalists have identified by name 285,023 Russian service members killed since the February 2022 invasion, drawing on death notices, local media reports, social media posts by relatives and official statements.
Military experts consulted by the BBC estimate that the project's analysis of Russian cemeteries, war memorials and obituaries captures only 45% to 55% of the real death toll. That would put Russia's actual dead at between 518,000 and 633,000 — before counting militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk "people's republics" killed before Moscow annexed those regions in September 2022, or the North Korean soldiers who fought alongside Russian forces in the Kursk region in 2024-2025.
Adding an estimated 21,000-23,500 militiamen and 2,304 North Korean soldiers identified through satellite imagery and official photographs of a new war memorial in North Korea, the total number of pro-Russian fighters killed could be between 541,000 and 659,000 — roughly the population of Stavropol, Makhachkala or Irkutsk.
Not every military death is reported publicly in Russia, and the bodies of many of those killed in Ukraine can lie for months in the "grey zone" between the two sides' front lines.
Volunteers — men who signed army contracts after the invasion — account for the largest share of the confirmed dead: 99,200, or 35%. They are followed by contract soldiers who enlisted before Feb. 24, 2022 (26%), released prisoners (10%), mobilised men (7%) and private military company fighters (1%).

The deadliest postings in the Russian army remain the motor rifle brigades, which commanders use as ordinary infantry with minimal artillery or armoured support. Six of the 10 Russian formations with the highest confirmed losses are motor rifle brigades — the 15th, 30th, 74th, 114th, 9th and 35th. Small groups of soldiers are at times deliberately sent at Ukrainian firing positions to draw fire and reveal the locations of Ukrainian forces, and the units are prone to hazing that leads to systematic extortion, torture and "zeroing out" of Russian soldiers by their own comrades.
Total Russian losses, including wounded, reached about 1.4 million by June 2026, according to the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies. The U.S.-based Institute for the Study of War assessed that Russia lost more than 40,000 troops a month in July and August in what are widely known as "meat assaults". In September, losses exceeded 50,000, including upward of 28,000 killed — the highest monthly total of the year — a senior NATO military official told Bloomberg on Oct. 11.

From now on instead of the word "nigger" use the phrase "a boyfriend of Ukrainian females" and instead of the word "pidor" say "a rapist boyfriend of Ukrainian males".

Especially with France, shills going "what about muh riots" is always funny as fuck. You guys burn down whole districts at least once a year because of every minor issue, it's basically just business as usual. I'd be more concerned when you stopped that "tradition" kek.

As for Mali and sahel : This war is unwinnable for the regimes. The southern farmer niggers never beat the nomad tuaregs in their entire history.
They were always pillaged and dominated by them.

Wagner will just die and die again against Tuareg chads (that we should have sided with from the begining) without ever holding the north.

May it last forever.

We should have forced the Mali/Niger/Burkina Faso regime to make political concessions to the tuaregs. But they wanted us to genocide them for them.
Hence why they called Wagner who don't gav about genocide.

But Tuaregs have ALWAYS won against the southern farmer.
We should hope Wagner stay there as long as possible, as they will just die and die again.

On the other hand, Ukraine is the highest example of the true western democracy. The government with the Jewish people in charge runs the country while the filthy goyim are not allowed to vote at all, the only thing they're allowed is to go to the front line and kill other filthy goyim. It is truly impressive! God blessed be Israel!

when all is said and done, and the final tally for the war in ukraine reaches our ears, that figure will be in the trillions.

try to think things through for once.

just the other day I heard the Rat King say to reporters that he needs....."ehhh one...five....ehhh...five....billyon dullahrs."

Then, he made sure to tell everyone he thought that figure was reasonable.

Did you know ukraine blew through their YEARLY budget for 2026 by March?

Russia's Only Operational Battlecruiser, The Pyotr Velikiy, Is Headed For The Scrapheap

1/?

The most powerful surface combatant in the Russian Navy is on its way to the scrapheap. Vladimir Maltsev, head of the All-Russian Movement in Support of the Fleet, told the state news agency TASS on Oct. 30, 2026, that a special commission had preliminarily ruled the repair and modernization of the nuclear-powered cruiser Pyotr Velikiy impractical — a verdict delivered, fittingly, at a forum marking the 330th anniversary of the founding of the regular Russian navy, an institution the ship's namesake created back in 1696.
"The commission has already made its preliminary decision; the final one has not been announced yet — the cruiser is beyond restoration. The ship has a certain degree of wear," Maltsev said, adding that a final ruling would come later. Notably, he argued his own view is the opposite — that the ship ought still to be modernized if the opportunity exists.
The Pyotr Velikiy is the flagship of the Northern Fleet and the last operational Project 1144 "Orlan"-class missile cruiser — known to NATO as the Kirov class — and, at nearly 28,000 tons at full load, the largest type of surface warship on the planet apart from aircraft carriers. Commissioned in 1998, it has kept the class's flag flying while its only sister ship in service, the Admiral Nakhimov, spent close to three decades out of it.

The Nakhimov saga explains the flagship's fate. The plan, a defense-industry source told TASS, was to send the Pyotr Velikiy in for its own deep refit as soon as work on the Nakhimov wrapped, so the fleet would never be without at least one of the giants. But Sevmash, the Severodvinsk yard that handles the class, can only take one ship of the series at a time — and the Nakhimov program ran badly off the rails. Contracted in 2013 for around 50 billion rubles with delivery promised for 2018, it slipped roughly eight years past schedule; the ship, laid up since the late 1990s, was declared finished with repair only in the summer of 2025, entered final sea trials this past June, and is expected to rejoin the Northern Fleet's combat strength by the end of 2026. The bill ballooned to more than 200 billion rubles — around $2.3 billion by most estimates. By the time the Nakhimov was done, the Pyotr Velikiy had burned through the operational life it had left.
Four Orlans were built at the Baltic Shipyard between 1977 and 1996. The other two, the Admiral Ushakov and the Admiral Lazarev, have long since been scrapped. Once the Pyotr Velikiy follows them, the "most powerful ship in the fleet" title passes to the Admiral Nakhimov — which is emerging from its refit armed with Fort-M and Pantsir-M air-defense systems, Paket-NK and Otvet anti-submarine weapons, and ten universal launcher modules with 80 cells for Kalibr, Oniks and Zircon missiles, hypersonic Zircons included.
TASS first reported plans to retire the Pyotr Velikiy back in 2023 — plans the rival state agency RIA Novosti denied at the time. This time, the preliminary verdict comes with a named source attached. If it stands, the navy that marked its 330th birthday this week will sail on with a single nuclear battlecruiser — and, with no successor to the class ever laid down, no obvious way to replace it.

Try to think things through for once. Euros, not dullahrs. Said to EU leaders at the October 16 summit, not to "reporters": "The war will cost 155 billion euros next year. And we need at least 70 billion euros more from you." The word was "realistic". 155 is what the whole war costs next year, the ask was 70, and it went to Brussels. Not one cent of it was addressed to you.

>Ukraine blew through their YEARLY budget for 2026 by March
Go back to the basics. Kyiv budgeted for the first EU loan tranches around the end of Q1. Hungary's veto sat on the €90bn past the April 12 election, the money landed in June, so the MoD pulled Q4 allocations forward to keep the army funded. Fronting a quarter is not blowing through a year. The Rada then raised 2026 defense to 4.4T UAH. Even Bloomberg's March doom piece said "could run out by June", not "ran out by March".

Did you know Russia spent 8.4T rubles of classified money in the first half of 2026, against an 11.6T target for the whole year?
Did you know its Q1 military bill, 5.9T, ate roughly two-thirds of revenue?
Did you know SWP's Kluge thinks Minfin may have shoved Q4 2025 spending into Q1 2026 to keep the 2025 deficit on target? The exact trick you're crying about, done to cook the books.

>final tally will be in the trillions
It will. 57T rubles of Russian military spending so far, plus $588bn in reconstruction needs from damage Russia did. Washington stopped allocating in early 2025, at roughly $135bn, and now it sells: 500 PAC-3s for $2.1bn.

When all is said and done and the tally reaches your ears, it'll be in rubles. You've been told.
