Things like theft and violent crime is one issue I think most people could agree on, that could be fixed by anything remotely resembling a democracy instantly. There was an Alt-Right YouTuber and blogger called The Alternative Hypothesis who made so many great vids on scientific racism, social Darwinism, eugenics, and hereditarianism in general. One vid in particular called The European Revolution did a great job of making the case for liberal use of the death penalty. He basically argued that crime is heritable (all traits are to one degree or another) and that the more serious the crime was the more heritable it tended to be. He also claimed that a very small percentage of the population have these especially crime-prone genetics. And so if you remove these people from the gene pool with via the death penalty, then you'll gradually pacify and civilize your population over the generations by removing these criminal genes. He argued that's why Europe saw such a dramatic reduction in crime over the last several centuries because even petty crimes became punishable by death. And it makes a lot of sense intuitively. You really have to be fucked in the head to actually go through with mugging people, invading people's homes, raping people, and murdering people. You probably struggle with impulse control, the ability to empathize with your victims, and long-term planning. He also argued that ruthlessly executing criminals across Europe for the last 1,000 years probably boosted the IQs of White people too because impulse control, putting yourself in the shoes of others and seeing the world how they see it, and long-term planning are all correlated with intelligence. And so the death penalty is a no-brainer in my opinion, especially in the modern era where incarceration is so insanely expensive now, and especially now that we know so much more about heritability and the societal-wide impacts of high crime rates.
