Lamo
>>
an Internet Service Provider just flew over my house
>>
>>545367331
Thats kinda based holy shit.
>>
How the fuck would you even enforce that
>>
>>545367331
Based, that should be the default everywhere but make it 5 euros per gigabyte for any traffic outside the EU
>>
>>545367331
Extremely based. That'll cut down on bots, spam, and AI slopification.
>>
>>545367763
You can't pay with cash, it's easy when the government gives itself rights to your private information.

Isn't this treating a symptom and not the solution? Economics are fucked if they can't fund anything that will stimulate their economy more. Is their internet nationalized and subsidized per citizen? If not, this is insane levels of lobbying if it's what I think it looks like.

I know England is enforcing BBC fees on the internet too, which is similar and acts as a pseudo tariff on a largely American dominated internet.

It may offer more nationalized/localized internet infrastructure? (Although I figured EU countries already have local favourites and language sites).

almost none of which come from France.
Use your head.
>>
and just like that a vpn is now tax evasion.

Europe loves taxing and regulation companies/industries that aren’t European - thats why them crying about Trump tariffs was so hypocritical.
>>
>>545367944
>BBC fees
You mean their BBC loicense?
>>
>NOOOOO THE ROOTLESS INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES CANNOT PAY TAXES NOOOOOOOO
>>
>>545367331
>Country is on the verge of becoming a nugger anarch state
>Remove streaming so normies have one more reason to show in rallies
The extinction of frogs will need to be studied.

Land of the niggers, freemasons, kikes and gigagoys. Nuke this shithole NOW!

> Pay taxes
>This faggot has still not inderstood these companies do not pay shit, they toss ghe cost on you.
Zoomers are faggots who still have not understood economy is a circle since 4000 BC.

>and just like that a vpn is now tax evasion.
Are you seriously so stupid you think using a VPN voids your ISPs ability to know how much data you're using?

You're one retarded shit eating kraut if you think the corpokikes are the ones footing the bill by the end of the day. Basically WE will be paying more so Gerard Larcher aka GROS PORC can get a bigger slice of pie three times a day. It's also leading to the fractalisation of the internet with every parts asking for a unique subscription. Want to watch Goytube? Pay 9.99€ a month for unlimited browsing in 720p. 15€ for full hd.
>>
>>545368294
>> Now ISP charge consumers based on how much internet they use.
>> Take that you evil corporations!

That's why Europe economy is in shambles
>>
>pass law that says netflix has to pay 5.5 cents per gigabyte of content served.
>Netflix adds a cap of 10 gigabytes per month for Europeans, like one movie.
>Adds a pay as you go additional charge if you want to go over ten per month. For the low low price of 7.5 cents per gigabyte.
I wouldn't be surprised if Netflix and friends were the ones lobbying for this. Anyone clapping for this are idiots.
>>
>>545368490
Even worse, this proposal says it's the content provider who pays taxes. VPN company will be sending users' history to the government unless they want to cover the cost.
>>
>>545368933
This is related to why its also less based to have tax hidden like it is in Europe. Sure its nice and “convenient” that the menu price is what you pay, but I rather get a reminder with each receipt how hard the govt fucks us.

hmm yes, to protect the children....yes
>>
>>545367763
The ISPs will be tasked with sending monthly reports on how much data from Netflix passed through their network which Netflix then gets taxed on.
>>
It was just a vote between like 20 (((people))) at the assembly (all from the left) to pass this rag they call a "proposition". It was only the first step of the process and it will be dropped when actual people review it.
Everyone is calling the left retarded as a result.

Fun fact,
If it passes (it won't), VideoLan will need to pay 1 million € per year just for distributing their free softwares.

>>545368916
480p and .avi bros. We are so back.
>>
>>545367331
It's 0.055€ per GB. Heaps of you're a neckbeard but normies don't use that kind of bandwidth. The French govt wants you to go outside and touch grass you fat retard.
>>
>>545369601
>Heaps of you're a neckbeard but normies don't use that kind of bandwidth.
Thats absolutely false, the aerage netflix serie taht normie binge can rack up to hundreds of GB, same with 4k yt videos.
>>
>>545367331
France sucks
>>
>>545369601
Sure, they won't consume much if you ask them to stop watching netflixslop in high resolution. And goytube. And doomscrolling with hd videos playing automatically.
>>
>>545368393
