Yet in America you'll find this in rural Nebraska and Oklahoma, you'll find Muslims praying in a mosque in some rural country road and nobody is shocked. Nobody harasses them.You'll see Muslims walking around walmart and target like this and nobody bats an eye. Americans see it that Muslims have total freedom to live like this and dress like this as long as they don't speak out against America and they are "patriotic" then they are accepted as a "real American".Americans will say they disagree with Islam but fully support the rights of Muslims like this believe in it and practice it - as long as they love America and/or Trump.For Brits, these people are seen as COMPLETE ALIENS no matter how conservative they are, how many moral family values they hold, how quiet and peaceful they are. None of it matters. The Brits do not even Muslims like this as human beings and they want them all kicked out of Britain without mercy.

From what I've noticed there's almost a universal distain for their denominations and institutions which leaves them atomized and you notice this just with themselves. They're shorn of basically any attachment. It's likely pragmatism in their current social environment.
