Are we sure it’s safe for them to fly planes?
>>545394753>lmao my kid can’t use a can openerThis just means you’re a bad parent.
>>545394841Why don't the schools teach them this?
>>545394753Can openers are pretty unintuitive if you've never been taught to use one
>>545394841This, nobody comes out of the womb knowing how to use a can opener. How about teaching your kid how to use tools asshole.
>>545394841Millennials had the same parents yet don'thave this problem. You have a phone in your hand 24/7. Look up an instructional video.
>>545395079>45 year olds and 12 year olds have the same parentsWhat kind of arrested development retardation is this?
>>545394841>So I told my six year old to rip some boards to 5-7/16">First the dumb ass didn't know how to read the tape so I had to set up the fence for him.>So he starts ripping and the first board, the very first board, kicks back and hits him in the face and he cut his thumb off with the saw blade.>WHAT A FUCKING IDIOT.
>>545394753I never learnt how to use a can opener because I don't eat food from cans personally, but it doesn't look hard.
>>545395278You don't expect the penal colony to make sense do you?
>>545394753>>545394841Real, Boomers and Gen X (and to a lesser extent millenials with iPad kids) will set their children up for failure and then complain that the young generation doesn't know things that seem basic to them. That being said I'm pretty sure the original video is tongue-in-cheek/a 'fun' family moment than anything else from the reactions of the people in the background>>545395079>You have a phone in your hand 24/7. Look up an instructional video. You and your generation are the reason Gen Alpha are lobotimized freaks. How about being an actual parent, spending time with your kids and teaching them something of value instead of throwing the goyslop machine in front of them>>545395411Same although I bet within a few minutes I could figure out how to use one. Most canned goods these days don't require one though desu>I don't eat food from cansYou should try kidney beans/lentils/other legumes that typically require soaking overnight to eat. If you throw them in chili-con-carne or whatever it really tastes the same as 'fresh'
>>545394753No one can be that stupid. this has gotta be fake. >>545394841If you mean this as satire, okay. if you really believe it, get a pair and take responsibility for being a dumb shit
>>545395518Weak bait
Gawd damn, what a stupid fucking generation, worthless shits who are responsible for nothing.
>>545395505>Gen Alpha are lobotimized freaksI asked my niece and nephew "starting from here, how would i go to X" instead of just pulling out googlemaps and looking it up they just stared at me blanklyGenAlphas are gonna have it rough
>>545394841Most of my home skills I learned 100% on my own. And this was before youtube and AI. I bought power tools and learned how to use them, I fixed and upgraded computers with no training or help. It was just the way it was. Zoomers need to spoonfed how to use a can opener.
Every year since 2020 the ones where its their first real job no call no show on their birthday assuming it was an automatic day off. Not sure how/why they think this but we've added it in big bold letter in the employee handbook and it still happens every year.
>>545395883cutetoo bad for you though, unc
>>545395638Yeah the future is looking bleak; they already were getting mindraped by devices/the internet but COVID, remote learning and millenial parenting really sealed the deal I think. Iirc test scores and IQs have been declining across the entire western world.
im 40 and on my birthday on wednesday im going to no show at work. Im the like 2nd in command too.
>"at least we know technology n shiet"Not even. They only know how to work digital technology as long as it works. The 21st century version of bragging about driving skill, but not knowing how to change a tire.
