It seems pretty obvious from the ATC transcripts that they encountered icing. It probably froze the control surfaces and that's why they ended up in a dive. They possibly also lost their vertical stabalizer but it's hard to tell. Seems like a clear cut accident. It's almost like you guys want this to be a conspiracy.
