Why the fuck is beef so expensive now? Over the past 10-15 years, despite inflation and all that, the prices I see for chicken, pork, salmon, lamb, cheese, etc all have stayed relatively the same. But beef is like twice as expensive as what I consider "normal". Like I used to get 85% for around $3/lb and now that shit is like $7/lb on a good day
