Have you considered building your own house? It’s fairly easy to do and doesn’t require too many skills.

Plumbing? Electricity?

Im saving up for it right now. Im hoping you bros could give me advice.

I only need an extention on an existing house. All I need is 3 walls and a roof connected to the side of the house, the new room can be like, 300-400sq. I got $50k so far. Any thoughts on price, materials or ways to do it cheaper?

My mortgage is at 2.67% APR and i have jeets blowing up my phone everyday to refinance. Bought an acre and 2400sqft home for 155k and now it's worth 450k.

I'll probably just order a kit house/cabin, because they usually come with engineered plans and I can just get all the materials at once. Idk, maybe it's not that hard to pick out my own building lumber, but a kit seems like it could have higher quality and a smaller likelihood of fucking shit up compared to someone who doesn't build houses every day.
But if it's something under 400 sqft (which most places consider a tiny home) I probably wouldn't care because it's pretty much just a shed.

In some/most states those have to be done by tradesmen or a contractor, but the rest of the mechanical aspects of it are fine as long as it meets building code.

How is plumbing and electricity jewish?
Like if the jews were destroyed, utterly and to the last, which has to happen for the White Men of the West to survive, how would it then be jewish to have flushing toilets and electrification?
The problem is the jew exists, not the technology. Besides jewish Gay_I, that is just jewish.

If nigger rigging a house and you want electric and plumbing, you have to get it off the ground. Building on the ground makes for easy flooding and hard to rework to add plumbing, electric, etc.

Tpbp. Between Jewish judges, politicians, fake elections, pedophile police, and building codes, you have ZERO freedom in america.
