The moment a republican led administration tries to enforce basic laws in blue states, the local machines can dump hordes of rent a rioters and shit skins into the streets. That leaves the feds with only two real options pull back or escalate into a conflict nobody actually wants.Democrats don’t really have to be ambitious anymore.
