Only allow people top vote if 75% of their ancestry was in America in 1776. The longer people are established in the US the more rightwing they are, as studies have shown. Create a grading for Americans based on time and ancestry with weighted voting not equal voting. Also restart white migration based on the 1790 Census demographics.
